I would highly recommend Urban and Rural Dunstable. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic from start to finish and I have nothing but praise for them all. Darren came to do our initial valuation and was brilliant. Having never sold a house before, I had lots of questions, but he was very honest and clear about how it works and the costs. There was no pressure to make a decision there and then either. We also dealt with Lily often, especially as she was the agent who sold our house for us. She was very easy to contact and responded to all our queries quickly. Darren then helped with negotiations for our onward purchase and was brilliant. He definitely did a much better job than we could have on our own, and we feel like he saved us a significant amount of money. All in all, Urban & Rural were great and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

I purchased a property through the Ampthill branch and can confirm that it was absolutely terrible aftersales care. Poor follow up, took seven months to exchange and required both myself and the agent working on behalf of my sale to continuously chase. Really a disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience. Find another agent

I had 3 valuations on my property from 3 local estate agents and Oliver at urban & Rural was by far the most professional, friendly and informative agent that came. i brought my property from Pete at urban & Rural in Ampthill 8 years ago and the customer service today was up to the same excellent standard. i have decided to stay in my property but should I decide to sell i would return to these professionals.

We used Urban and Rural to sell our house and only have good things to say about them! Our house sold in 48hrs! They are very helpful, professional and friendly team. They're happy to help with any questions. We liked the WhatsApp group they set up for us which made it easy to ask anything at any time of day or night. Urban and Rural expertly showcased property with the pictures they took and the description. They then carried out a lot of viewings during the first weekend and I received several offers within a few days (including one on the first day!). They were professional throughout and I would not hesitate to use again.

Very good estate agents, would highly recommend. Proactive getting viewings in and all were attended by them and we were always notified in advance. Steve and the team were excellent in dealing with some issues and set backs we had during our house move. Very friendly crew at urban and rural and they always do as they say they will. My sister used them earlier this year (she recommended them to me) and had the same experience.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Steven and the team. I highly recommend this agent, in particular the MK branch, to anyone looking to move home. From valuation to sale, this service has been excellent. The staff are always polite and friendly and answer the phone in a timely manner. It's always been easy to get hold of my agent Steven and if he is busy then he always returns my calls in a timely fashion. Steven went over and beyond to ensure my sale one went through as seamlessly as possible. He was very understanding, patient and kind which really reduced the stress of moving. The communication throughout the whole process was really excellent and I am very grateful to Steven and the whole team.
