I brought a house that was listed with Urban and Rural and they were truly amazing from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Katy, who jumped through hoops to help, and definitely went above and beyond to get us to completion. She was always quick with responses, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone else I spoke to at U&R were always super lovely too, including Darren and Ian. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend. I feel very grateful that I had Urban and Rural throughout the buying process, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

I met with several local estate agents before deciding on who to represent my house sale. Without doubt U&R Ampthill stood out. Ollie was professional, didn’t give me any waffle and certainly wasn’t pushy. He let me take my time and was available to take my calls and advise. His market knowledge was invaluable. Amy was great and sold my house very quickly. She kept me updated on my offers and helped me through the sales process. My aftersales was tricky I had a complicated chain and it took 5 months to go through, mainly due to issues in covenants on the development I lived on and the management company being acquired. Peter worked in collaboration with the other estate agents in the chain, solicitors, Bedford council, my new developer, an exhaustive list of contacts, to get my sale over the line, which we did. I hope not to move for a while but when I do I’ll be on the phone to Ollie!
