I had the pleasure of dealing with Elicia who helped the whole process run as smoothly as possible and showed great professionalism throughout. She is very good real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. From the moment we met her, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to helping us find our dream home. She took the time to really get to know us and understand our needs and preferences, and she always went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of our home buying experience. Throughout the process, Elicia was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance and support, and offer valuable insights into the local real estate market. GoogleUrban and Rural were brilliant from the start. Very professional and supportive. Arranged loads of viewings and gave feedback from all them all. Making sure they chased up people who had viewed my property. The after sales service was brilliant too. Steven at Urban and Rural was very supportive liaising with my buyer and solicitors. Keeping me updated and was always prompt when answering questions. I would highly recommend using URBAN and RURAL as an estate agent to sell your property.

GoogleWe had a great service from Urban & Rural, both Johnathan from the Newport Pagnell office and Stephen from the Bedford office where superb, we had updates every week on how things where proceeding in a very turbulent time in the housing market, so to receive regular updates every week was very reassuring for us, if I was still in the area and looking to move home again I would not hesitate in using Urban & Rural again, they are highly recommended, I would give ten stars if it was allowed. GoogleRecently sold my house through U&R. They were very competitively priced and my house was listed, viewed (by a host of potential buyers) and sold within 48 hours. However, the sale proved very laborious; unresponsive solicitors and an inexperienced buyer with a multitude of questions and no sense of urgency. From sale to completion took 7 months and were it not for Steven and the team assiduously talking to the buyer and solicitor daily over a period of months we would not have got the sale over the line. They really made all the difference and their communication was constant over the months. I would really encourage everyone selling a property to use U&R. Without their involvement I really do think the sale would have collapsed. Estate agents do not always have the best reputation but if they were all like U&R this would change very quickly. Just fantastic customer service from day 1 to day 250!

GoogleI want to say thank you so much to Adam Stubbs for making the stressful event of trying to sell the house so easy for me. I can’t believe how quickly people came to view and offers were made. Everything he said would happen did and I am very happy. The house was sold within a week. I know that there is still a way to go until completion but I am hopeful that all will go smoothly. Thank you too to Steven Redmond for his prompt updates on the viewings/sale proceedings. Overall a very positive, stress free experience - I thoroughly recommend Urban and Rural!

I have been working with Urban & Rural in a professional capacity for the last year or so, the team are incredibly polite and responsive, no obstacle is ever to big and they are always on hands to assist with transactions wherever possible. More recently, I have used Urban & Rural in the sale of my property. At every step of the transaction Steven and the team kept me abreast of developments and really helped ease the stress of moving for me. GoogleI thought all Estate Agents were the same...but Urban & Rural Milton Keynes are way beyond better than any other Estate Agent I have every used. The service from start to finish has been nothing less than outstanding with a completely customer focused approach to what often can be a very stressful process. I had my own fair share of stressful situations during my process but they handled it always calmly and effectively. You should at the very least, invite them round to do a valuation and see for yourselves! Massive thank you to the whole team.
