GoogleWe recently sold our home with Urban & Rural. The entire process from valuation to completion was handled very professionally with all the team members being both friendly and approachable. Of particular note were Oliver who guided and advised us through the valuation and going to market stage. Amy was brilliant handling the sale and showing clients around the house. Georgina then handled the process through to exchange and completion with stoicism when a number of hitches occurred along the way. GoogleUrban and rural have just assisted me with the sale of my rental property. A buyer was found very promptly in what was a tricky market and the sale was pushed through in record time and without glitches. The team were always at hand to answer any questions and it has to be said I couldn’t find fault. Thank you Brad and the team.

They are both excellent estate agents, very helpful, friendly and supportive, replied quickly to calls and emails, and answered all the questions we had. GoogleSwitched to U&R after viewings via our then agent had dried up. We were told a high percentage of people buying in MK were from London and the northern home counties and listings went on local are websites as well as the usual ones. Listing went live on a Wednesday, sold the next day. The post-sale process to exchange and completion was pretty well stress-free leaving other parties to provide the problems! Would most definitely recommend.

It was a breath of fresh air when they took over the sale of my house after months of it sitting on the market. They achieved a sale within a week. The team most importantly are extremely customer focussed and professional, as well as approachable and friendly. From Adam's thoughtful, considered advice at valuation to Cerys's conducting of viewings, they have been a pleasure to work with. Special thanks to Steven Redmond who was brilliant in progressing the sale from the start and remained on top of everything and kept it moving forward even through the more stressful times in the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future. Thanks to the whole team.
