GoogleFrom the moment of viewing the first house that was on the market with Urban & Rural, we put in an offer which was accepted. We then put our house on the market which we had valued by Christopher Camden from Urban & Rural Estate Agents. All of the guys at this Estate Agents were very professional, pleasant, helpful, kind and went over and above everything to get our purchase and sale through. This took a little longer than normal, through no fault of ours or the team, but they were all caring and patient throughout, especially Chris. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of selling, buying or both.

GoogleI’ve recently sold a property throu urban and rural ( Newport pagnell) was a last attempt as I’ve been let down by other companies, so was abit dubious 🤔 But say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. Dealt with a guy called PETER Hall . He was attentive and professional but most of all he listened which the other seem to be incapable off😡would highly recommend x

GoogleI have recently completed my purchase through the Newport Pagnell branch, it was speedy, efficient and I would highly recommend using their services. I also used their recommended mortgage broker Paul who got me a good deal, and their solicitors too who had great communication, along with Steven and Jonathan the owners of the branch. Peter found me my perfect home after a few months of keeping me up to date with new properties coming to market too so I’m very thankful to him! Would highly recommend the team! They also helped my Mum sell her property after her dealings with other agents not being good at all, so I’m grateful for all they have done for my family!

GoogleOver the last few years, David and his team at Urban & Rural have dealt with the sale of my grandmother's house after she passed away, the sale of my mother's flat, and more recently the sale of my own shared ownsership property. The fact that we, as a family, have used them again and again should be enough to indicate what an amazing job David and his team do. All of our sales have been under difficult and stressful circumstances, but the team at Urban & Rural have been exceptionally kind, supportive and patient. David, in particular, has been brilliant, available at all hours and always looking at ways to get things moving. Apart from David, I mostly dealt with Sam. She has always been extremely friendly, prompt and efficient. Selling and buying properties is one of the most stressful things to do, and with so many moving parts, things are bound not to go to plan. But having Urban & Rural as our estate agent, truly made me feel like I had someone else that had my back. It meant I didn't have to do all of the liaising and chasing, as they were happy to support with this. Even post sale, they have been really helpful in assisting me to communicate with the buyers. I hope I never have to sell my house again, but if I did, I would definitely use Urban & Rural.
