GoogleWe were so happy with the entire experience! A special thanks goes out to Peter. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and were quite nervous of the process of buying a house but he made everything so simple and stress-free. He walked us through the entire process and found homes that matched exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Peter, we’re now in our first home and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! :)

Amy has been absolutely incredible throughout our process so far of purchasing our first home & made the whole experience amazing for us, nothing has ever been too much! She understood this was our first time & didn’t know too much about the entire process so she’s been great with helping us out! GoogleThese are by far the best estate agents in Ampthill they sold the family home for us very sympathetic to our needs. I would like to mention the two outstanding team members who made light work of our sale Paul Savage was just lovely and took the trouble to deal with the sale in a professional and empathetic way. Tracy Gibson was fantastic, part of the after sales team. I would not hesitate to use Urban & Rural again highly recommended!

Google10/10 across the board for my recent selling experience handled by Urban & Rural's outstanding Ampthill branch team. Their expert knowledge of the housing market and sound marketing advice ensured I swiftly achieved the full asking price and a smooth sale. I was kept up to date and felt that the agency were 'on the ball' throughout the entire sales process. Customer service was simply superb, 5 Star, nothing was too much trouble for them. A special shout-out to Paul Savage who went above and beyond when we lost our beloved Pug in the middle of the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban and Rural as first choice of Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their home in the Mid Beds Area.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Urban and Rural in Dunstable. Whilst we were let down by our first two buyers, they were extremely effective in finding new buyers. Moreover, compared to another estate agent who we were also listed with, their communication has been excellent throughout. They answer the phone and get back to you with information in a timely manner if they need to find something out. Jessica, our agent, has been outstanding.

GoogleFrom the moment of viewing the first house that was on the market with Urban & Rural, we put in an offer which was accepted. We then put our house on the market which we had valued by Christopher Camden from Urban & Rural Estate Agents. All of the guys at this Estate Agents were very professional, pleasant, helpful, kind and went over and above everything to get our purchase and sale through. This took a little longer than normal, through no fault of ours or the team, but they were all caring and patient throughout, especially Chris. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of selling, buying or both.
