GoogleI can’t praise Hayden highly enough. He did everything he said he would, kept me updated throughout and gave good advice. It was an extremely positive outcome after just a couple of weeks. It is rare these days to get such a good service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCurrently having a property fully managed by Truepenny's: great service, staff is proactive, helpful and nice. Fee charged is also very competitive and much better than other providers. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRenting in London is awful! But it’s always good when you have estate agents that are helpful. There aren’t many out there, but Truepennys are great. Sarah G helped us look for some place and was so kind when showing us around. Was reassuring and could answer all questions so little ambiguity. Even if she didn’t know, she’d go above and beyond to help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
