GoogleI’ve been a customer with Dezrez for 15 years and whilst I’ve only used selected parts of it, preferring to use our existing in house system, it has sufficed for my requirements.
The purpose of this review is to warn prospective clients that Rezi don’t offer any options other than a fixed two year contract followed by an automatic further two year contract which is subject to 60 days notice. Neither do they send out any reminder at all that the existing contract is coming up for renewal which was the least I would have expected from any company.
As a consequence having received an unexpected offer and sold my business I’m obliged to pay further 15 months subscription for precisely nothing
When I was closing down all the accounts, whilst every other company simply thanked me for my custom Rezi reminded me I was locked in until December 2025. End of.
I did send them a copy of this review to check its accuracy but they haven’t chosen to reply. Regrettably I couldn’t recommend this company, not because of their product but because of their attitude.

GoogleNot a system I would recommend to an experienced estate agent. If you've never done the job and want a system that will help you be a basic quality estate agent then this is for you. It is clearly a system written by software writers not by estate agents as it isn't intuitive and uses language that is not used in our business. There are many good things about it if you want to sit and learn how to use it, but for experienced busy agents that want a tool to enhance what they do already, it just isn't right.
