Yesterday we completed the sale on our House. I am sure in the current climate that being an estate agent can't be easy and buyers hard to come by. Phil at InHouse was absolutely first class, when showing our buyer around a different house he realised that our house would be perfect for what the buyer was looking for. John made time to show us around 4 properties at very short notice and really made an effort to understand what we were wanting rather than sell just anything like many other lettings agents we came across. A genuinely lovely group of people to deal with, particularly Phil & Diane. For our first home, it was a great buying experience. Within three weeks, we had put in an application for a beautiful house, got accepted and moved in! Thomas Morris were professional and efficient throughout the whole process and I can't recommend them enough. Jacqueline dealt with the reference process and all queries that I had and she was so helpful and thorough. We received a lengthy and detailed inventory the day before we moved in, the fire alarms were checked upon collecting keys and we received an information booklet. I look forward to spending many years in our new home, however, when the time comes to move again, I will most certainly use Thomas Morris again!
