GoogleThe whole process from start to finish was carried out professionally, especially through these hard times that we are faced with. I didnβt have to do any chasing and it was very smooth to get a response from the team especially Jemma and Abbie that I liaised with. I would highly recommend using this company.

GoogleCompleted on our new home yesterday through Thomas Morris. Everyone in the St Ives office that we dealt with was always polite, professional and helpful. Always returned our calls if they were busy. We dealt with several different members of staff, and they were all knowledgeable about their property portfolio, and if they couldnβt answer our queries they found someone who could. House buying is always stressful but these guys ensured it was pleasant experience.

GoogleAmit was first class in his service and manner. Once a sale was agreed Amit and Robert kept us updated throughout the entire process, letting us know how things were going and were always happy to answers the many many questions I fired at them. Could not rate higher and I would certainly use them again in the future as they were easily the best estate agents i have used in town to date.

GoogleWe have just had an offer accepted on a house via Thomas Morris Ramsey Branch and the service we have received from them so far has been excellent. I have dealt with them several times over the years and liaised with Ali Hull previously and have always been impressed with their professionalism and customer care. We are dealing with Julie Spinks on this occasion and she is doing a sterling job of keeping us updated and ensuring the process thus far is as seamless as possible. I have no doubt that Julie will continue to provide excellent service throughout the rest of the purchasing process.

My wife and I honestly cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. After having spent several months with two agents who we werenβt happy with and one in particular who didnβt communicate with us at all, they were a breath of fresh air. They sold our property swiftly with a good stream of realistic prospective buyers. From start to finish our experience with them has been a positive one. We cannot recommend them enough!
