GoogleI had a great experience with Magnus James, especially Samantha, who was supportive throughout the whole process. She was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated, and helped me secure my new job quickly and smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Magnus James to anyone looking for a professional and approachable recruitment company.

GoogleWasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!

We are sorry you feel this way, having reviewed the correspondence, we disagree, there was no legal or lender requirement for a DOV and after several weeks of no movement, the sale had to fall through which was disappointing for all. Best wishes from all at The Frost Partnership Estate Agents

GoogleShocking referencing company. Rented privately for 8 years, only missed 2 payments during COVID which were cleared immediately. They completely messed up my referencing and miscalculated my finances multiple times, costing me an apartment. Absolute joke.

GoogleFantastic experience selling my mum’s property with Neilsons. From the initial consultation with Lewis, through to Eve managing the marketing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Robyn did a great job with the photography, and the admin team were always helpful when arranging viewing appointments. A special mention to our sales negotiator, Rhonda, who kept us regularly updated, shared feedback from viewings, and clearly explained what to expect as we approached the closing date. The whole process felt seamless, like a well-oiled machine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neilsons to family and friends. We’ve now moved on to the conveyancing team and hope the next stage will be just as smooth.

GoogleHad a great experience with Lenne whilst looking for a house, we had been disappointed with the lack of information other estate agents new about the properties they were selling and felt a bit awkward walking around.
