GoogleMichael was an amazingly helpful and supportive estate agent throughout a challenging and lengthy process. He was always available to speak and went out of his way to help on many occasions, once even when he was on annual leave. Had we not had his support I’m not sure the purchase would have gone through in the end so we are really grateful for all his hard work. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

GoogleMichael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. We found our experience with Goldschmidt well above what we have experienced with other agencies. Thanks Michael and thanks G team! P & K

GoogleI rented a property through Arden for over four years and can highly recommend them. Any issues I experienced in the flat were always dealt with promptly and professionally. All flat inspections and maintenance visits were announced well in advance, and whenever a scheduled date was not suitable for me, there was never any problem rescheduling. Throughout my tenancy, the agency was reliable, organised, and easy to communicate with, which made renting through them a very positive experience. Morag was my first point of contact within the Arden team. Every time we met or spoke, she was always friendly, approachable, and professional. We shared many pleasant conversations and often had a good laugh together. Whenever I contacted Morag, she handled all requests efficiently and explained every process clearly in advance. There were never any delays in our correspondence, and I always felt well taken care of throughout my tenancy.

GoogleI placed an order for this bike for my son’s birthday, which was only a week away. The order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation, and I was then told the refund could take up to a week to process. I emailed the company and tried speaking to their chatbot but received no reply or help at all. Because of this, my son didn’t get the bike he really wanted for his birthday and was understandably very upset. Really disappointed with the service and I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Jemima in particular went above and beyond to help ensure a smooth sale and kept us incredibly well informed throughout. The comparison with the Agents we were buying from was considerable and made us realise just what a good job they do and how they will go beyond the standard level of help.
