I started my flat purchase in February and as a first-time buyer, Mark has been an absolute godsend. He is incredibly professional as well as caring about his buyers. He answered my million and one questions, provided valuable advice every step of the way, and no ask was big enough. Caroline has been just as fantastic - guiding me step-by-step all through out the lockdown, keeping on top of everything and ensuring I could complete and exchange with as little stress as possible. Both Mark and Caroline has made a stressful house-buying situation much, much easier for me and I am grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend.

The sale of my property in Downley completes today and I have been impressed by the professionalism and support provided by the whole JNP team throughout. Trying to sell in the current climate has been extremely difficult, but they have always been there at the end of the phone and providing regular updates. A special mention to Caroline Dowdy, whose service and attention to detail is second to none, nothing is ever too much and she has been a delight to work with from the moment we walked into the office and met her. Would highly recommend Caroline and the JNP High Wycombe team and will certainly be using them for any future sales.
