If I could give 10 stars to Sue,Matt and Nick at JNP I would! Their level of professional was outstanding from start to finish,but more than that was the warmth and friendliness I felt all the way through the process of selling our house. Sue especially was my rock all along and when things got tricky she kept me sane with her calm and great sense of humour! I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for the best possible estate agents. Thank you all so much!

The team at JNP were so helpful in making our move happen with the least possible stress. Their communication and honesty was excellent and we found Sue to be amazing at liaising with all parties to move the process along. We have now bought and sold a house through JNP Princes Risborough and would definitely recommend their services.

My partner and I bought a house from JNP and also sold our flat and I must say I have had the best experience. The process was seemless. Janet and Lisa have been amazing throughout the whole process, keeping me update to date with everything and even when we came across some issues they were very hands on to ensure that we got our dream home. We have now completed and I would definitely use them again

Liars, crooks, lazy con artists They pumped up the price when there was no other bids, They lied about the length of the flat lease (admitted it to me over the phone), when i asked their solicitors who i also employed to renegotiate) (I Know, I Know) they became hard to reach by email or phone... then a couple months down the line, they admitted they deliberately hadnt followed my instructions because they were happy... they are a disgrace, just want your money and they dont give a damn. Soulless greedy moneyhounds, cold hearted & don't give a monkeys. Date is approx a month- 6 weeks ago

I Invited Aaron the Branch Manager round to value my property and he was super informative about the local area and prices with in my estate. He was prompt at replying to all emails and queries I had about every aspect of the process and even responded on his days off. I would 110% recommend him to friends and family it was a breathe of fresh air to deal with someone like him while buying and selling.

Maisie at the Headingley branch has been an absolute star! She has gone above and beyond to keep the sale of my house moving along. There were quite a few mental mine fields to navigate with my buyers solicitors and Maisie always kept her cool and stayed on top of it all. I couldn't recommend Maisie and Manning Stanton enough. Thank you Jenny Archer and Charlotte Poutney. I knew Jenny was the person for us as soon as I met her, and she more than lived up to expectations. Very good at her job indeed. Charlotte was our move manager and very tenacious, which meant we stayed on top of everything, and she really pulled it out of the bag on completion day. We had a good experience and recommend working with them.

I've now used the Headingley branch for a purchase and a sale and both times they have provided a brilliant service. Always communicative, friendly and helpful. For my recent sale, they arranged viewings within days of my flat going on the market and found a buyer in less than a week. Superb service.
