We are currently tenants in Amersham and last week Deb Wheeler came to do a routine premises inspection on behalf of the landlord. Deb was punctual and thoroughly considerate and professional throughout the visit. She couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful in ensuring our ongoing tenancy was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Very happy JNP. We approach our first year in renting and we only have good things to say about especially being our first time renting, the support we’ve got so far is outstanding. We’ve recently have had a visit to ensure our tenancy is running smoothly and any concerns we may have to be addressed therefore many thanks to Deb Wheeler which’s done a great job in doing that.

Message of thanks to Suzy and the JNP team. I’ve just moved back into my flat having rented it out through the lettings team for the last couple of years. The whole process has been very easy to follow, from start to finish. Rental income collected and paid on time, with Suzy and her team always on hand and happy to assist with any questions, going that extra mile.

Suzy Garrett was an absolute delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and kind. An absolutely pro! She was the quickest out of any of the agents we dealt with to get a showing of the property. We wanted to move in quickly and she was extremely flexible about making it happen. I’ve worked with at least 9 real estate agents & property managers over 3 countries (USA, Japan, & UK) and she’s my favorite.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in 25 years renting across the world. 7 years in the same house. Paying each month. Maintaining the house. They wanted to increase 26% the rent. We said it was too much to have a conversation. They send us notice to leave while repairs were on hold for over a year… They came to talk to us to “mediate” between us and landlords but they did nothing to protect us and our little ones but only do what landlords requested even though it was unmoral (like delaying our deposit and refuse to pay the bill for a pest control issue due to the foundations of the house). Luckily the Deposit protection exists for a reason. And they had to return our deposit. Last… they claimed us stuff that they own builder did… Again… I’ve never felt as insulted in my life…

I am amazed by the service and professionalism I received from JNP when selling my house recently. The staff were very supportive and pulled out all the stops. It was marketed very quickly and within a week was sold subject to paperwork. From start to finished within less than 3 months. Brilliant well done the team and thank you.

Crooks. As others have said - be prepared to go to court or at least DPS. Landlord tried to reclaim an unreasonable amount of the deposit (almost all of it) due to damages that were the landlord's responsibility and blemishes that were already present upon the start of the tenancy. Throughout, JNP were unhelpful - very rarely responding to reported damage. I would constantly have to chase JNP to get anything done. Be particularly cautious renting from JNP in High Wycombe. They backed up the landlord to the end (who is a known criminal). Luckily DPS are ethical and I got almost my entire deposit back. I would not recommend anyone to rent with JNP in High Wycombe, or to rent any properly owned by Ludlow Land, or the building Liverpool Victoria House. Extremely unethical practice, relying on beaten down and tired tenants to not fight their ridiculous claims.

Could not provide a stronger recommendation for Sue and everyone at JNP! JNP sold our house very quickly and Sue was an absolute powerhouse at chasing all the solicitors and estate agents in the chain in order for us to exchange and complete to a deadline. This is the second time we have used JNP and I cannot rate their professionalism any higher!
