Great service from all the team- although l particularly dealt with Meaghan who found me some wonderful tenants - exactly what I'd asked for. Check-in procedure was smooth and efficient-very competitive on price too - they included stuff like an inventory that was an extra with other companies. Lastly, I asked my tenants what they thought and they said they had been impressed too by how they were treated too. All round BRILLIANT ..and I've dealt with a lot of letting companies!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

With it currently being incredibly competitive to secure a rental property in Edinburgh, we have dealt with many different estate agents in the past couple of months. And with there being more prospective tenants than properties available, we have definitely felt the lack of motivation for agents to keep in touch and work with us to find something suitable, because they just haven’t needed to. However, this was absolutely not the case with Tay lettings. We were first put in touch with Meaghan, who was very helpful and friendly, and she liaised with us from beginning to end. With other estate agents we dealt with multiple people who never knew who we were, so this 1:1 conversation was very refreshing. She was communicative and attentive throughout the entire process and we finally felt like someone cared about finding our family a new home. Meaghan, in particular, went above and beyond for us, even relaying key messages outside of her working hours. This was never asked or expected of her but she clearly just cared about us and cares about her job! Even now, after we have moved in and settled, Tay lettings continues to communicate quickly and effectively. They could not have done any more for us! Thank you very much, Meaghan and Tay Lettings!
