I very much like the Tay Letting agency especially the like service and assistance I received from Ben who showed us the property. He is very helpful and co-operative for any queries which we had. During this pandemic situation I visited so many properties through different agents but the way Ben given a walkthrough of property when we visited was very impressive. Kristy the property manager is also helping with all our queries regarding moving-in documentation etc. So far very great experience! I would recommend call the Tay letting for your next property search! Update 25/07/22- I couldn't wait myself to put the further review about Tay letting as it's been more than a year since I've been with them and I'm really having very good experience with them so far. I had a couple of maintenance issues but it's been addressed so quickly without any hassle even if that is minor, which is great. As a tenant I think the most important thing you are is they should listen to you and they are very good at it, much appreciated the kind of service I'm getting from the staff Meaghan and Lisa. I really recommend this Agency as a true Tenant oriented. Update 25/02/24- Want to update about the recent experience with Tayletting. Its been my 3rd year with them and the kind of service I am getting is super. Received great turnaround for recent maintenance issues. I would like to thanks Juanita for her prompt and efficient response to all our maintenance issues. It's the first time in my three years with TayLetting that I've seen issues getting' actioned so quickly. I didn't have such a great experience before. You're absolutely brilliant at sorting' out tenant's issues quickly! Cheers for that!

I am delighted with service received from Tay Letting over the last 2.5 years. They have been scrupulous in their efforts to find and vet the lovely tenants I have had. Meaghan has been very responsive and Louise was amazing during the period I was changing tenants and went out of her way to help me even when she wasn't in the office over the weekend. Great service from all the team- although l particularly dealt with Meaghan who found me some wonderful tenants - exactly what I'd asked for. Check-in procedure was smooth and efficient-very competitive on price too - they included stuff like an inventory that was an extra with other companies. Lastly, I asked my tenants what they thought and they said they had been impressed too by how they were treated too. All round BRILLIANT ..and I've dealt with a lot of letting companies!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

My experience with Tay Letting has been nothing but absolute joy. Meaghan and Louise manage to provide both potential and current tenants with the perfect combination of professionalism and pleasantness. Tay Letting (Edinburgh) were great when we were looking for a property mid-pandemic, and were very accommodating to our limited time for viewings. Malcolm was super friendly and professional, and we appreciated the extra advice and tips about Edinburgh seeing as we were new to the area. Since moving into one of the properties they manage, we have found them to be very helpful with any questions we've had. I have been particularly impressed with the out of hours team which we have had to call for a leak and getting locked out of the apartment, both times we got a rapid response and the issues were resolved the same evening. Malcolm even went out of his way to let me back into the apartment with the spare key, saving me a hefty emergency locksmith fee, which I was incredibly grateful for!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

I am expath relocated from another country to Edinburgh. I moved with the family of four. We loooked for a high standard apartment in the city centre. Tay Lettings was representing the landlord. They were very ccoperative and flexible during negotiations. After the deal has been done the service was flawless. In the familily with kids there are alwys "issues" that needs action. My daughter had a couple of small issues needing attended to in the flat she rents from Tay; they sent out a property manager called Ryan - he was a star. He worked through our little list and fixed most of the bits requiring attention, which means no further waiting around for other tradesmen. On another note, I would be comfortable with Ryan coming into her flat even if she’s by herself, he came across as very trustworthy, and a lovely family man.

The property I rent was recently taken over by Tay Lettings, I had heard great things about their company and the excellent communication & work ethos held by their staff but actually they have far exceeded my expectations on dealing with them & in particular meeting with a member of the team Ryan Walker. Ryan carried out my flat inspection and he was not only very professional & put me at ease straight away but was a very genuine lovely person.
