GoogleIf I could leave no stars I would! Snobbish, elitist, and have no spectrum to evaluate prospective tenants, you either fit there ridiculous criteria or you will not be even given the courtesy of a call back, if you question there decision they will say owners have final decision, however owners say letting agents are decisions makers and that’s there job!!!! 1 small word on info from my accountant that backed up all bank income, part time instead off full time!!! Rejected for my dream home!! Even tho my pt earnings was more than an employed couple!!!! Narrow minded rude people!! Avoid if you can! They Only reply and thank positive comments! Why is that 🤨

GoogleFirstly, the staff were excellent during Tenancy and very responsive to any issues we had. However, it took a sour turn when moving out which was a shame. We were then told on checkout if we paid for the cleaners they used (£350) we would avoid any of our deposit being taken. They still charged us £500 of us for false claims and things not to do with us. Luckily got most of this back via a external dispute. So make sure if you move into a Tay flat you take photos and don't pay for cleaners on checkout.

GoogleOverall my experience with Tay letting has been very positive. Communication has been very good and any issues reported have been dealt in a very timely manner. Sam Wigham has been a particular highlight as he has been at the forefront and helped when needed. I would recommend Tay letting.

GoogleMy experience of Tay Letting, and particularly my contact there, Sam Wigham, has been entirely positive. As a landlord, the agency has been changed hands many many times, but Tay has proved the most efficient by quite a long way. Sam has been a delight to deal with, extremely organised, responded immediately to my various reasonable and not so reasonable demands and been extremely good at keeping costs down. I should also say, from talking to my various tenants over the years, that they seem to be a pretty good agency for tenants too. Everybody’s happy which is not always the case.

GoogleThe property manager, Sam Wigham, is incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating. His communication is excellent; any maintenance issues or questions I've had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The property is always well-maintained, and concerns are dealt with promptly by a friendly and skilled maintenance staff. Tay Letting truly goes above and beyond to ensure that their tenants are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional property management company.

GoogleI’m a contractor who works closely with the property managers in dealing with tenant requests and maintenance etc, in particular , property manager Sam Wigham. He’s always able to provide us with the details we require to get the jobs he sends done quickly. More importantly he does legwork with regards to tenants and landlords so that we, as contractors, can concentrate on what we need to do. It’s ashame that he’s moving onto another company as he’s made working with Tay a breeze! Cheers! Sandy
