GoogleThey are very responsive and comfortable to manage things with. Even the inspection was a nice experience, Ryan Walker managed to not make it mechanic or awkward (as it feels when a stranger is coming to see your home).

GoogleI very much like the Tay Letting agency especially the like service and assistance I received from Ben who showed us the property. He is very helpful and co-operative for any queries which we had. During this pandemic situation I visited so many properties through different agents but the way Ben given a walkthrough of property when we visited was very impressive. Kristy the property manager is also helping with all our queries regarding moving-in documentation etc. So far very great experience! I would recommend call the Tay letting for your next property search! Update 25/07/22- I couldn't wait myself to put the further review about Tay letting as it's been more than a year since I've been with them and I'm really having very good experience with them so far. I had a couple of maintenance issues but it's been addressed so quickly without any hassle even if that is minor, which is great. As a tenant I think the most important thing you are is they should listen to you and they are very good at it, much appreciated the kind of service I'm getting from the staff Meaghan and Lisa. I really recommend this Agency as a true Tenant oriented. Update 25/02/24- Want to update about the recent experience with Tayletting. Its been my 3rd year with them and the kind of service I am getting is super. Received great turnaround for recent maintenance issues. I would like to thanks Juanita for her prompt and efficient response to all our maintenance issues. It's the first time in my three years with TayLetting that I've seen issues getting' actioned so quickly. I didn't have such a great experience before. You're absolutely brilliant at sorting' out tenant's issues quickly! Cheers for that!

GoogleWe have been renting with Tay for a few weeks now and it has been great with no issues. Meaghan has been really helpful and made the whole process really smooth. They have also provided plenty of notice for any upcoming maintenance/inspections.

All queries were responded to in prompt timing and her manner was so pleasant and friendly. Thanks also to Ryan for being present for our viewing and our move in date. GoogleUpdating my review to add that I’ve been staying in this beautiful apartment for 9 months now and Tay Letting have been amazing. I’ve mainly been dealing with Louise Douglas, but everyone in the office have been so helpful too. The set-up process in the beginning looked daunting but was made so easy and any queries since have been responded to quickly. I couldn’t recommend Tay Letting more highly. Thank you!

GoogleI am delighted with service received from Tay Letting over the last 2.5 years. They have been scrupulous in their efforts to find and vet the lovely tenants I have had. Meaghan has been very responsive and Louise was amazing during the period I was changing tenants and went out of her way to help me even when she wasn't in the office over the weekend. Highly recommend the service from Tay Letting!

GoogleHad an issue with an appliance and reported it easily. The response was very quick and the appliance was replaced within a week or so. Louise Hamilton was very nice, professional and quick during our correspondence.
