GoogleI have been renting my property with Tay Letting for the last 4 years since moving overseas. It has been a smooth, relatively stress free experience the whole time. Tay Letting have always managed the advertising, tenant approval process, credit checking and the entire rental period. Any issues were always reported to me immediately with discussion around how to proceed with the management. They have always kept in touch with me regarding any maintenance and inspection results.
I would highly recommend Marc and his amazing team if you are looking for someone to manage your property.

GoogleMalcolm Pickard took on the management of a large property I own in Fife around 9 months ago. We are renovating the property and I am based overseas. Malcolm and team have gone the extra mile to both look after the property and project manage the renovations. Truly a professional services with a personal touch/attention to detail. The team own problems and get the job done, they are proactive in thinking what needs to be done, they manage contractors and service providers well to ensure quality work at a fair price.
On the back of this excellent experience I have transferred 3 additional properties in Edinburgh to Tay Lettings East (after over 20 years with another agent) and look forward to working with them on these.
Working with Tay Lettings East has been a breath of fresh air having languished for so long with my previous agent.

GoogleMalcolm Pickard and his team took on board the management of our Edinburgh property after we had all sorts of issues with our existing management agent. Since then the difference has been like night and day. Our new agents, Tay Letting East, are responsive, engaged and finely attuned to our needs and concerns. It is a management and letting agent which offers a very personal touch. I particularly like Malcolm's engagement and enthusiasm; for him no problem is too small. This organization is approachable, easy to communicate with and offers a personal relationship with its clients. Advice on developing the potential of our Edinburgh property has been spot on too. I feel that the management of the property is in good hands. I really recommend these guys if you are looking for an agency to handle your property with enthusiasm, care and with a very personal touch.

GoogleVery nice and laid back when you move in... then really strict and unfriendly when you move out. Make sure you note every single defect on your inventory, they will make you pay for anything they can. I have rented with lots of agencies and I have found this company to be the worst.

GoogleI have been using Tay Letting for three years to rent my property and the service has been nothing short of exemplary. Marc and the team are consummate professionals who always go above and beyond to make the entire experience as seamless as possible. I have recommended Tay to friends, family and colleagues, all of whom have had a similarly excellent experience.
