GoogleYasmin Chau gets my one star, she’s been great, but as for the overall care of my property by Tay, it’s been a shambles. Do not go here - particularly if you want your asset looked after. ** In response to the response (!) we have discussed this to death without resolution and I was not surprised to be informed that Tay Letting is no longer.

GoogleQuick and smooth process from viewing a flat, applying and signing. Aaron was a huge help and quick to respond to each and every query we had. Toni was great and checkout and very understanding when we queried a charge we didn't agree with.

GoogleThis is a great company to rent from! Our hot water heater broke down on a Saturday night and Sam went out of his way, on his day off, to secure a repairman to come to our house on a Sunday! Very grateful to Martin for fixing it so quickly!

GoogleGreat and professional service! I can't believe I'm writing a positive review for a lettings agency, but here we are! I went to quite a few viewings recently, looking for a flat to rent in Glasgow. The ones by Tay letting were the best organised, and all the flats matched the descriptions really well. Good communication throughout, and everting was running smoothly. I ended up renting from somewhere else, but this was just because the flat was slightly better than what Tay had. But I still wanted to write a review, as they honestly stood out (I had some really quite terrible experiences as well with other companies). Next time I rent, I'll definitely look up Tay again!

GoogleThe customer service and care from Samantha at Tay Letting was outstanding in arranging and setting up a tenancy for me at a property. Her care, communication, attention to detail and personal touch exceeded so many experiences of customer services I have had and she is an amazing example of someone who cares about the people who she is dealing with, their individual situations and how to find solutions to things . A smart human being who displays genuine care and professionally. A huge asset to Tay Letting!

GoogleI only have positive things to say about Tay Letting. Everyone we have dealt with, from the viewing process to the move in process and everything in between, has been absolutely amazing. The online system for reporting any issues in the flat is also a great feature, resulting in quick and efficient repairs.
