GoogleI’ve been a landlord with Tay Letting for over 10 years. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and I’ve never had issues with tenants, long voids or compliance standards. Regular reviews mean you can stay on top of maintenance too. I highly recommend Tay to both tenants and owners, they won’t let you down.

GoogleBe very careful of Tay Letting they will claw any money from you that they can When you do the initial inventory make sure to take pictures of not only damage but dust, marks and spiderwebs on windows etc, even take a pic if a mirror is streaky as we had the place cleaner than when we moved in but they will shift out the washing machine to find your dust, and if theres dust on the stuff in the cupboards like the hoover and its still there when you leave, they will charge you, even if you never touched it once Also, dont let them in to do viewings at all until the checkout has been done as they will come in and make a mess and break little things like light bulbs then charge you hundreds for it Terrible money grabbing company They will act all nice when you are there then try and get everything you have, do not trust them

GoogleThe worst experience I have ever had in my life, your deposit got deducted and I still don't have the receipt for what I paid for they sent me one receipt for £60 from £700 and now I'm going to get advise from citizens advise burue, I felt like I was robbed . The house has mould and they sent a person from the loans lord that said that we need to keep the windows open for 5-6 hours a day in winter , I hope I never see them again in my life . Would not do anything to fix the house and they keep saying it's tha landlord fault but I pay and rented the property from Tay letting .like I said if you pay for something you have got the right to get receipts

GoogleWe are delighted to have moved into our flat. We thought the whole process of finding a property and being accepted would have been very stressful but this has not been the case. From the initial viewing with Allan (who was fantastic and really engaging with his clients) to collecting the keys (again with Allan) it was a seemless process carried out over a couple of weeks. A huge ‘thank you’ to Aaron Ord who guided us through the process with regular updates of our application. Aaron has processed all our documentation and has always been available to answer our queries. Totally professional and with good humour Aaron has been fantastic at arranging our new home. So, a big ‘thank you’ to Aaron, Allan and the wider team for all your efforts-they are greatly appreciated.
