Absolutely cannot fault the services we got from Tay Letting. As students, the process of trying to find a flat in the past few months has been an extremely stressful one. However, the minute we were in touch with Tay Letting, we have had nothing but constant communication and reassurance from the team. Aaron and his colleagues have been absolutely fantastic, and were always available for a call/email whenever we had any queries. Aaron was able to ensure that our move in dates etc all worked perfectly, and was willing to help us as much as possible when it came to paperwork and other information that was needed. Excellent communication and service from Tay letting! Aaron really went above and beyond to ensure I could move in quickly by sending through paperwork quickly, keeping communication to let me know the progress and re-scheduling my move in time to earlier in the day to accommodate another appointment. He also kindly worked with the landlord to get measurements for me as I wasn’t able to go to measure myself. Would definitely recommend Tay Letting!
