GoogleRenting with Tay Letting has been a dream - mainly due to the quick and efficient management of Teigan. Any issues we come across are dealt with and actioned within the day, sometimes within the hour. Can't recommend enough.

GoogleHad a great experience with member of maintenance team called Sam! I had locked myself out of the flat, and was on my way to work. Sam kindly came and dropped me a spare pair of keys at my work, even after he finished work! Would recommend highly, thank you very much!

GoogleMy dealings with Lindsey have always been pleasant and professional. Also dealing with Yasmin from Accounts and Hannah and Lisa from compliance is always straight forward. Maintenance issues dealing with Louise and Sam & Tiegan is always hassle free. Getting keys from Sam and Karen at front desk also very straightforward and seamless!

GoogleMy partner and I moved into a rented property managed by Tay on Thursday. From the initial contact at the viewing the company have been on it. Since then Aaron has been taking care of us and dealing with our application, which the status was constantly communicated to us. The move in process has also been great too. We met with a tay representative and got our keys, there was a couple of things that were still needing done to the flat to be ready, but Michaela and Aaron were again on it apologising and arranging a contractor to attend on that day so that things were still ready for when we were done moving belongings in. The aftercare has also been great from Aaron making sure that the parts of the flat that were fixed were okay. A genuine company with an employee that genuinely cares. Thanks, Garry.

I have been so impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the the business. Over the last few months particularly, I have had a lot of interaction with Tay across a number of different teams or functions, and it is very clear the professionalism extends across the entire breadth of my interactions with the business. I regularly correspond with Malcolm Packard, Meaghan Shanks, Louise Douglas, Toni Cochrane, Yasmin Chau and Meghan Cairney and they have all been absolutely superb. They are all brilliantly responsive and utterly professional. At all times, they deliver exactly what they have said they will do and everything is done with expertise, skill and swiftness. They are fantastic ambassadors for Tay Lettings and they should all be very proud of the customer experience model they have created. It really is excellent. From my perspective as a landlord, their communication model is absolutely brilliant. All routine comms are prompt, informative, clear and comprehensive. They make it perfectly apparent where and when any action is required on my part. I have experienced a number of different agents over the years and Tay really are the best by some margin in my opinion.
