GoogleMy partner and I moved into our flat recently and our property manager, Sam, has been helpful and friendly throughout. Any issues that have arose have been addressed quickly by Sam, and they have always replied to our enquires in a very timely manor. It has made the stressful nature of moving into a new property a lot easier.

GoogleMy partner and I have been living overseas and have decided to return home to Scotland. As imagined it is incredibly stressful trying to relocate your life back to the other side of the world and find a property. Thankfully, we came across a beautiful property let by Tay Letting and were lucky enough to have Aaron support us throughout the process from start to finish. Aaron is an asset to the team, holds excellent communication skills and has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Aaron has been warm and friendly in his manner but also punctual and professional. Aaron has made our entire transition back home really smooth and we now have somewhere to call home when we land! The whole process was a breeze and Aaron was always around had we any questions. My brother also rents a property with Tay letting and has had an excellent experience. We will definitely be recommending Tay Letting to others in the future. Thanks to Aaron we are now returning home stress free and we couldn’t be happier with our property! Thanks again!

GoogleI have been dealing with Tay Letting in the process of renting out my flat and can’t fault their customer service at all. I have spoken to more than one of their team and all of them couldn’t be faulted. From Lee coming to the flat for a valuation and to take photos, he was very chatty and eager to help. Teigan was really helpful in answering my queries I had and passing me in the right direction of who was dealing with the property. Cheryl has been great at contacting me with any information, helping with any questions and getting back to me via email or call. The whole process has been seamless and easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who was looking to rent out a property.

GoogleTay Letting has provided me with the best experience lately. It had been years since the last time I rented and I was very stressed about it, but from the viewing to signing the contract, the team was exceptional and assisted me through the entire process. I dealt directly with Carly Smith and she was a gem - great communication, great response and very kind. I truly recommend them as I don't think I could have had a better experience during such stressful times. Thank you, guys!

GoogleI stayed for almost 2 years in a property that I rented through Tay Letting. I have nothing to complain about as during my vacant at the property, they always respond to me quickly when I have an issue related to the property. At the end of my tenancy, the process is also uncomplicated. Especially I received great help from Toni Cochrane, the End of Tenancy Property Manager during the process until the end of the process related to documents and returning my deposit. She is responsive and professional, reliable, not to mention, friendly, too. Thank you, Toni, for your great assistance. All the best.
