GoogleEven though i have confirmed my virtual viewing multiple times they ditched me and when i called them they told me to arrange another meeting now i have been ditched twice.
Hello Hasret, we're sorry we were unable to get you in for a viewing. The rental market is exceptionally busy at the moment and properties are being reserved in the first viewings, which means we have to cancel the later viewing slots. We trust you understand this is something out with our control.

GoogleAfter viewing of the property, I had expressed my strong willingness for its application by phone and email but they didn't let me know the application process. They just informed me few days later that "we have accepted an application for this property". It's not fair.
Hello Seungman, we understand that you are disappointed you did not get the opportunity to apply for the property, however we are currently receiving a large number of requests to view and apply for properties we advertise, and we can only take one application forward to become a tenant.

Googleabsolutely horrendous experience. Have been hounding me to pay thousands in rent despite refusing point blank to fix their dampness ridden apartments with health hazardous issues, urine on carpets from bathroom leaks, black mould all over walls. We had to abandon the apartment for our own safety due to it and they have harassed us for rent ever since, even turning up to the property and calling personal mobile numbers, WhatsApp etc. absolutely disgusting staff.
Hi C C, whilst we recognise that there are issues in the property, you have been asked on several occasions to move out due to significant works being required to the property, following a leak. You have chosen not to surrender the keys and therefore continue to occupy the property. GoogleI love the type of properties put out. I am yet to get a viewing yet though. I am looking for a 2bed property in Glasgow and environs. Been pretty difficult getting a 2bed even after offering to pay 3months in advance + guarantor. Really need help urgently. Thanks
