I could not rate Tay Letting highly enough. The service was first class and extremely efficient from the initial viewing stage all the way through to the final closing of the tenancy. All staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh. Ollie

Tay Letting is a very professional and friendly agency that clearly cares about and looks after its tenants. The team are quick to respond to any questions you might have, and they make sure that any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner, which builds a high level of trust. I would love to say that "Tay Letting Edinburgh" team is very professional. I never had to wait for long for any response. They respond very quickly, specially Meaghan . They hear your issues. I also met Ben Once , he is also a very humble person. Although we had only 2 months of stay in a property they were managing , but everytime they are so quick to respond. As far as I know they list elite properties only so their properties will be little expensive. But on service side I was quite happy.

Tay Lettings are by far the best estate agents I've had over 7 years of renting in Edinburgh. Can't recommend them enough! Many thanks to Meaghan, Kirsty and Ben for all their help! Communication from Tay Lettings was consistently brilliant and they provided a fantastic experience throughout the entire renting process, from viewing the property to moving out. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Efficient, friendly, professional and come across as sincerely invested in making sure your home is everything you need it to be. I'd never rent with another estate agents in Edinburgh again. Couldn't rate them more!

My experience with Tay Letting has been nothing but absolute joy. Meaghan and Louise manage to provide both potential and current tenants with the perfect combination of professionalism and pleasantness. For over a month, I had been in contact with several property managers in order to rent a flat, but only a few were able to create a positive experience. Meaghan went above and beyond, though, to help me, my husband, and my feline babies to go through the complex process of renting a flat as smoothly as possible. Thus, I highly recommend Tay Letting.
