Terrible service. It took days of calling and sending emails (during weekday work hours) to set up a viewing of a house. We were then stood up without any explanation after waiting for half an hour outside the viewing. We of course called, but no one answered. I sent an email requesting an explanation but that was weeks ago. Nothing. The house is still for sale so I can't imagine what their plan is there.

I would like to thank Kayleigh Chadwick for all her and help, support an patience during the process of moving into the property. We both found the service with Kayleigh excellent from the start of the process right up until yesterday when we signed the tenancy agreement. Yes, I did experience some difficulty with the new software that the company is now using, but the staff worked hard to get round the problems. Absolute joke of a company. Had a viewing at Waterloo Warehouse, had no confirmation call on the day although it was confirmed a couple of days earlier via text. Turned up five minutes before my viewing and gave them a call to ask where to go as I had no instructions and was advised the viewer would come down and meet me. Waited a further 15 minutes in the rain and still nothing so I called back into the office and they advised they where unable to get in touch with the viewing agent. Terrible service when looking for an apartment.
