GoogleIn February 2020 my partner and found two properties which was up for sale with Sutton kersh that we were interested in. We had to ring the office many times to try and book viewings. Eventually as we were unable to get a viewing we knocked on one of the houses and spoke to the sellers who told us that Sutton kersh advised the sellers that we were too young to view this property. The second property were flexible with viewing times however we continued to be told that they would ring us back which never happened. We eventually viewed the properly and put an offer in which was accepted. From this point on sutton kersh were very in helpful with queries. Seven months on we were still no further in the process. We rang to ask about potential move in dates and my partner was shouted at over the phone and the staff were extremely rude. The sale ultimately fell through which was very disappointing as we loved the house however was not in a position to be waiting one year or more to move. We have since bought a house with another company and would not recommend Sutton kersh to buyers!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

In particular Michael who was our first point of contact and got the ball rolling, Jamie who dealt with all of our enquiries at the beginning of the sale and secured us an offer, Peter who dealt with our numerous telephone calls and emails and the fantastic Josie who has endured the last few weeks of the sale and my constant calling for updates. When I found a house I liked i signed the tenancy agreement and moved in within a couple of weeks. GoogleReally great service provided by Sutton Kursh over the past 2 years. Kayleigh Chadwick has been brilliant throughout, always happy to help and ensures that emails are responded to efficiently. Especially over this challenging time, having to move house has been difficult however, the support from the Sutton Kursh and Kayleigh impartially has made the process so much easier to manage and we can't thank her enough! GoogleI’d initially had countless problems with a previous estate agent and by looking at alternative agents in the area, I decided to give Sutton Kersh a call. Jamie took me onboard, took my details, shared his experience and views and I instantly knew that I wanted to switch. I met with Peter on the day that the valuation took place, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to answer Q’s and point me in the right direction. My house was listed within 24 hours and an offer accepted after 2 viewings of going live the next day! Jamie negotiated a great offer and got more than I’d asked from the buyer. Through some personal / property issues beyond the agents control, I ultimately decided to put the sale to Auction, to which is hit my reserve price and sold first time. Cathy was faultless in assisting and guiding the process. From start to finish, Sutton Kersh’s team took the bull by the horns and got my property over the line, quickly and professionally.. something that I was not able to say from the previous estate agent. I totally disagree with big companies selling our Welsh heritage to people who have no intention of living on these premises all year round, therefore leaving a tragic amount housing shortages for people born and bred in the area

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, really impressed with the professionalism and speed that they got everything done - making sure some of the alterations to the property were completed to a very high standard on time. GoogleWas recently very lucky to secure a property to let that was exactly what we were looking for. I would like to commend Lucy massively for her help from the beginning. We booked the viewing for the property and by chance were the first people to view it. Lucy told us this initially and said that if we liked it we should take it on the day if we could as interest was so high and as soon as we saw it we could see why and so we did thanks to her little tip off! Since then she has been nothing but helpful and responded to all queries quickly and efficiently and calmed any anxieties we had about referencing and the application to let process. GoogleRented a flat in Liverpool under Sutton Kersh. Always responsive to emails. The online report system for maintenance issues is easy to use, and flat manager was quick to solve any problems I had with the flat. Deposit repayment was easy and quick.
