GoogleI've had a fantastic experience with Sutton Kersh Lettings Allerton whilst searching for a new rental property. A special thank you to Mia, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Finding the right rental can be stressful, but Mia has gone above and beyond to make the process easier. She has always kept me updated, taken the time to understand exactly what I'm looking for, and has consistently kept an eye out for suitable properties on my behalf. What has impressed me most is her communication and genuine willingness to help. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and it's clear she genuinely cares about finding the right home for her clients. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, but Mia is a real credit to Sutton Kersh. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Allerton lettings team to anyone looking for a rental property in South Liverpool. Thank you for all your help and support! 🌟

GoogleAlways helpful and readily available. Renting through SK was great, always simple and quick to respond. But the best service was their mortgage brokerage (via Countrywide). Both Caroline and Jan were always providing updates and particularly in the final stages pushing the solicitors on our behalf. As first time buyers there was lot we didn't know so it was very reassuring to have someone knowledgeable in your corner. Glad we took the lifetime coverage.
