GoogleThanks to James Smith and the team lead by Hannah at Sutton Kersh lettings, Allerton Branch for another successful let. I used to do it all myself but this is so much easier and smoother. As legislation gets more onerous for landlords and tenants it helps to use professionals to get tenancies set up properly from the start

GoogleThank you for the amazing service I received with Sutton Kersh. In particular Jude and Molly were 100% amazing. They were both extremely helpful throughout the process of finding our new apartment. From viewing the apartment to receiving our keys. The process was extremely quick as they were constantly working hard to help us by ringing and emailing us keeping us updated throughout every part of the application. GoogleThis is a really good exceptional letting firm very professional and helpful in all aspects I was mostly assisted by Jude Moore on getting my property he helped me in every aspect I could of got with him also his colleague Mollie was very helpful and nice as well giving me as much support as I can all credit to Jude helping me week in and week out making sure I was getting the property I wanted and the best deal and most flexible way to finalise things I just like to thank all the Sutton Kersh team who was being very helpful over the phone forwarding my enquiry’s to jude when he was busy making sure he got back to me I’d highly recommend to go through this firm if your looking to rent in Liverpool

TrustpilotChose the West Derby office to…
Chose the West Derby office to represent the sale of my property. To be clear - much of the problem originated with the buyer playing games. However, Sutton Kersh hindered the situation with very poor communication, lack of will to fight my corner following obvious games and persistent lies from the buyer for 6 months, made promises they did not keep. Following signing the agreement to trust in Sutton Kersh with the sale, I was left in the dark throughout without constant chasing for updates. They simply did not seem to care. Once the sale fell through (not fault of my own, without exaggeration), I ended the contract and transferred the sale to another estate agent.

GoogleWhat an outstanding Estate Agents. We had a very complexed sales process for two student properties which required a lot of time and effort due to the new Article 4 Regulations. Kerrie McMullan was our agent and she was outstanding from start to finish. Always answered our calls emails and constantly reassured us.
