GoogleWhere do I start. First of all, the woman who was in charge of all our property queries at surelet came across as rude whenever we needed help. Almost every appliance in our house had an issue at some stage and each issue took much longer than expected to resolve, and yes, the landlord is partly to blame for this but the communication with the landlord and the letting agent was atrocious as well. A few chairs in our house were already broken and surelet were intent on charging a tenant for the damage, so no communal itinerary check ever took place. We had cleaners for our house as well and they are meant to clean the communal areas only, but one day without any of our permission, they cleaned the oven and surelet charged the house £70 for this! These were just a few of many issues I encountered with surelet and I don't recommend anyone to invest with them in the future because I certainly will not!

GoogleWe needed to let out our family home for two years as my husband's job took us to the USA. I spoke with "Sarah" at Surelet who came out that very day to look at the property and to advise us on how to proceed. She came back the following day with a family to view the house and the contracts were signed. We couldn't believe the speed and efficiency of the whole process!
Surelet kept in regular contact with us, visited our property and wrote reports on it. They dealt with any issues that arose and liaised with our tenants fairly.
When we were due to return home they made the process as smooth as possible, ensuring that the house had been cleaned and aired and was ready for us to come back to.
I highly recommend paying for their management service, as we were spared the trouble of organising repairs or sourcing tradespeople, particularly with an 8 hour time difference. Everything was sorted out for us and Sarah gave us real peace of mind.
Should we have to relocate again, I will give Sarah a ring at Surelet!

When we were viewing first property with Nia she was very helpful and even though we couldn't rent that one Nia suggested two other that we may want to have a look and we decided to rent one of them. We lived there for over 2 years and had no problems whatsoever. Leaving the property was nice and easy. Got whole deposit back as well. We heard some negative opinions but as far as we are concerned can't say anything against Surelet. Would definately recommend...Cheers

Finding a company to fulfil this requirement has not always been easy, however since finding Surelet and in particular Steph, I've found my problems alleviated. Surelets expertise and knowledge of the local market has ensured that my properties have been let to a high standard and more importantly - quickly.
The service of Surelet in general has been exceptional but Steph has always gone above and beyond my expectations. To be frank, I couldn't ask for more.
I have always endeavoured to be a high quality property developer/owner but I've never had the benefit of the support of a good property management business until now.
I'd advocate using both Surelet and more especially Steph, they're exceptional.
