GoogleRobert at sure sales and lettings has been great from the start, from when I enquired about the property, through to the viewing and arranging all other meetings before I decided to proceed. Prompt communication throughout made everything a breeze and the whole rental process was enjoyable. Courteous and understanding and willing to check on progress of my move, making the whole experience worth while and I'm now looking forward to being fully moved in.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCommunication with Andrew Sharpe was excellent . Special thanks to Phoebe Davies-Gibbs for her part in our bungalow purchase between the seller and ourselves. Nice to be able to leave a good review. For transparency we have no relationship with either company or staff.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you so much Steve, it's been a pleasure to help.

GoogleI called to ask about one of their listed properties, when I asked about said property they told me the landlord doesn't accept children. Your advertisment online doesn't say say so because it will get removed because it is discriminatory. You are implicitly promoting discrimination by listing that property and when confronted I was told they will tell the landlord. They did not even follow up and offer something else or ask if I'd be interested in any other properties. Solid 1/5 from me.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat experience with this company so far. The property manager (Sarah) has been so lovely and helpful with any issues we've had and is very quick with replying which is fantastic when you're wanting to get things sorted. She's also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which has made things a whole lot easier when needing to ask for advice or help with anything. All in all, very happy so far. I hope to have this continue as we stay where we are.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThey only seem to Let Properties to groups of Foreign men !!! My wife and Daughter cant even go into our back garden without being letched over , new residents arriving all hours and constant agro of them parking over my drive!!! Vile
To Stuart Firstly I apologise you have experienced this. Which property are you referring to? It does seem like a you are a neighbour of one of our property. If you have any complaint for tenants. Please email us then we can forward to tenants & landlord both. We will look in to this once you have send us email. Regards Sure Sales & lettings

FacebookAfter previously living in a flat ran by a different letting agents in Gloucester, Sure Lettings has shown me how things should be done. I always go to Melanie Newcombe with any of my issues as she is always so quick to respond and sorts everything out for us as soon as possible. our issues are resolved immediately and we know that we can always go to Melanie and talk in confidence about any problems we may have. Would highly recommend Sure Lettings.
Thank you Bethany. Glad to hear your happy with the service from Mel 👍

GoogleVery poor website
Hi Phillip, sorry to hear that you found the website poor, what was it you didn't like? We have just updated the website earlier this year (www.surepropertyburton.co.uk) - was the website you were on, or was it the old website?

FacebookAlthough we decided not to pursue the property with Sure Let's, the service provided by Rob was very personable and friendly. He stayed in touch throughout the process and assured us that our deadline can be met. I hope to secure a property with Sure let's in the coming weeks 🤞
