GoogleI am moderately happy with Sure Lettings as a whole. However, I am very happy over the service from Sarah Fisher. Sarah has been very professional, understanding and very informative. As it stands, Sarah is the only person that I would rather have as a main contact regarding the accommodation/rent.

GooglePhoned to enquire about a house for sale and to arrange a viewing. Phoned 3 times, left 2 messages with contact phone number which I was told would be passed to the sales team, waited 2 days...and still no-one has tried to contact me. Update - 5 days now and still no contact. As a landlord looking for another investment property, I now would neither buy or sell through this company. Re response - Thank you for responding to this review. Just to clarify though, when I phoned 3 times, each time I spoke to a person (someone called Rob on one occasion I believe) and twice I was assured my contact number would be messaged to the sales team as they were busy and/or out of the office. Thank you for your offer of help but I do not deal with companies who assure me they will do something and then don't have the courtesy to follow up, apart from when they get a critical review.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I am sorry if you were unable to get through, we aim to return all missed calls and answer phone messages as soon as possible, messages left on the answer phone are emailed to the team. I have checked through every answer phone message in the last 2 weeks and we don't appear to have a call back for yourself Mrs Dryden. GoogleAbsolutely appauling service for tenants. Very poor landlords you will be left for months for things to get fixed. Took our old landlord 6 months to fix the waste water that was filling up our kitchen from the landlords upstairs property. You will receive very little communication from Surelet. Twice I've rented a property through Surelet and twice I've been left upset and out of pocket. I'm shocked as to how they still have business.
