GoogleWORST AGENCY EVER!!! ! Never rent property from them !!!!! The worst agent ever Tom Over one year they haven’t fix mould issue and big crack on the sealing … when we Finlay could move out the playing very dirty games and want charge us how much money they can !!!! This agency it’s always about money, they don’t care about tenants and your rights !!!!

Hello Mila, the money you are referring to is your rent which is for the landlord and you are contractly obligated to pay. You were due to leave the property in July and chose to extend your tenancy which the landlord agreed, You then served the correct notice, however you can't just decide then to leave part way through your notice and not pay rent. This has been explained to you several times. With regards to the mould, this has been investigated several times by the landlord and there is a small area of rising damp which the landlord has decided to resolve when the property is vacant to minimise any disruption to you or any other tenants as this can be a very messy job. We are very considerate towards the tenants and the above has been explained to you on several occassions.

GooglePrompt response when enquiring about the apartment I am now living at. Virtual viewing was arranged by Connor , leading to an actual view of the place. Emma arranged the letting process without a hitch leading to the handing over of the keys and a welcome pack which was a nice touch. Both Connor and Emma couldn't do enough to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you Connor and Emma 👌

Sorry we weren't able to answer your call. During this time of exceptionally high tenancy demand it sometimes is impossible for us to answer every single call if all our staff are on other calls.

GoogleTook a couple months to fix issues such as no heating in the winter and make sure you take pictures of everything because they will try their best to take as much as your deposit as possible

Hi Stuart, thanks for getting in touch. We always do an inventory with photos prior to tenants moving in and this is used to compare with the check out report. Unfortunately we had to take some money (not the whole as agreed with you) from your deposit as the property wasn't returned in the same condition.

GoogleAs with many of these reviews, Surelet are dreadful. Let 2 properties from them over the past 7 years, and both times have been gutless, spineless and concerned only with making money and keeping the landlord sweet. Countless issues took 4-6 MONTHS to fix, and upon exiting got billed for £600 on the last possible day they could. Got over £400 of my £650 deposit back thanks to the Dps, but took a long time. Avoid like the plague, the likes of Hannah, Paul, Luke etc. Thankfully I now own a house, but if you are looking for a place, go anywhere but here. They'll take your money and hang you out to dry when you come to actually need them, or dare leave. Their landlords are, in my experience, sheisters out to make as much as possible with as little investment.

GoogleWe have been looking for a house for a while, for a long time actually, we’ve been denied by other agencies even without giving any information, spended every day looking at houses online and calling agencies, booking viewings for it to be cancelled after by the agencies. Until I called Sure Lettings, agent Tom answered, all i can say is that he is a great person, helped me with everything, he really cared about us, making sure that the house will be ours, he really understood me, understood my need of the house, expecially because it’s so close to work, the house is amazing, i fell in love with it without even viewing it in person, i can really say that Tom is so professional, he was keeping me updated with everything everytime, you can really tell that he cares about his costumers, forever being grateful to him. Really great agency!

GoogleThis review is well overdue. Tom and the team at Sure lettings were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was new to the area and finding the competitive nature of housing in Stroud quite stressful. Some other agents were trying to get me to sign up to lengthy contracts or putting pressure on me to rush into decisions. Tom was honest and open from the start, and was happy to go back to the landlords with my questions rather than trying to scare me into signing up. Once I applied he was quick at starting my referencing and always quick to respond to any questions or help. Tara was also a great help when Tom was on holiday. Many thanks to the whole team
