GoogleTheir service is really good. On the coldest day, the boiler at home was failed, I called them in the morning and got help from Kleo. In the afternoon, maintenance person came to repair it. They handled things very efficiently and it is worth it praise.

Particular thanks to Mitch and Emma who have throughout the process kept things going smoothly and helped with several queries and, keeping me updated on what's happening throughout the process. GoogleDON'T !! there property management team are very rude, unprofessional and not helpful they will be on the landlord side and will try to take your deposit (thanks for the deposit protection scheme they couldn't )

GoogleThis review is well overdue. Tom and the team at Sure lettings were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was new to the area and finding the competitive nature of housing in Stroud quite stressful. Some other agents were trying to get me to sign up to lengthy contracts or putting pressure on me to rush into decisions. Tom was honest and open from the start, and was happy to go back to the landlords with my questions rather than trying to scare me into signing up. Once I applied he was quick at starting my referencing and always quick to respond to any questions or help. Tara was also a great help when Tom was on holiday. Many thanks to the whole team
