GoogleStrettons was recommended by my solicitor as I had a complex case with difficult freeholders and from start to finish Sam Harborne was brilliant the property sold before auction and he even got buyer to pay my solicitor costs and for the surveyor report 👍 👏 I highly recommend Sam at Strettons they done for me what my old solicitor gave up on due to very nasty freeholders who was using bullying tactics to Rob Me off my inheritance karma got to them very professional company thank you Sam Harborne 😀 👍

GoogleSimply unbeatable service from Ram Bekir. I sought guidance from Ram re insurance of a block of four maisonettes versus insuring the maisonettes individually. Ram gave me his expert opinion fortified with sound reasons as to why block insurance is the correct practice. Henceforth, I am insuring my portfolio with Strettons and will be recommending to my friends and associates that they insure through Strettons If I could rate sisx stars, I would. Thanks a million. GoogleI recently worked with Paul Joseph on a high value complex transaction involving multiple units all with tenants in situ. GoogleI am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

GoogleI've moved home many times and each time there has always been some sort of problem or issue along the way. When I came across my new place, Strettons were incredibly helpful and worked to my (very short) deadline to move. The team were friendly, responsive and explained things without being patronising. They made the move really easy to manage and it's a really lovely place. Since moving in, there's been a couple of small issues which were dealt with incredibly quickly and it's really easy to get hold of their team.

TrustpilotStrettons are totally unprofessional
Strettons are totally unprofessional, I will not recommend it even to my worst enemy. I am considering legal action against them. I have dealt with Paul Joseph, as a receiver and I was paying rent monthly to the managing agent. As I was away for holidays, he hired a company to harass the current tenants living in the place, and asking them to give money to a different account. Two big guys were knocking the door and windows at 7am in the morning, and telling one of the ladies who was alone at home to pay today to a different bank account, or she will have to leave that night evicted. She got really scared even to leave the house again. This is not how a professional company does business, but more a Mafia business.

GoogleStrettons is the best commercial agent in East London in my opinion. The team (Tom, Chris, Abas, Sean etc...) is always super helpful and really looks after their clients. They know what we want and always get in touch with us when they think a deal fits our business need. Can't recommend them enough 👍👍

GoogleFound them really unprofessional, have called few times and left messages ,got told that I will be called back but never happened,so how they expect to make a sale with this sort of staff ??? Always when you see a low rating,you should question yourself whatever you want to do business with this company,all rating are real Stay away from unprofessional companies
