GoogleMoving can be one of the most stressful times , however it makes a refreshing change to find a company who charge reasonable upfront costs.. I would like to say a massive thank you to Michael Mercer who was always willing to go the extra mile.. :) he was very helpful and friendly very happy we are now renting with strettons :)

GoogleMichael Mercer was an absolute star from beginning to end when selling our house, from marketing the property and advising on a realistic, achievable price, to using his contacts to give extra help on moving out. He went the extra mile more than once, coming to the house to assist us on his day off, and following up with us on the completed sale just as he was due to leave for the airport on another day off. He even miraculously arranged for a handyman to fix a broken window within an hour of the breakage. Thank you Michael.

GoogleWe worked with Strettons on the disposal of a 1,000 square foot commercial unit in the Bethnal Green area and couldn't have been happier with the results. At all stages they were professional, balanced, positive and pro-active, ensuring the space was let promptly in good order. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strettons to other businesses - they clearly valued us as customers, despite representing a relatively small fee for the agency, and went way beyond their competitors when it came to pitching for the business in the first instance.

GoogleTerrible landlords, office building of 3 floors has been in disrepair for over 3 years, constant promises of refurbishment with no delivery. They built a new attic floor but left the rest of the building falling apart. Building works were not organised with the three offices in the blocks, so noisy works were carried out in working hours for over a year. Terrible at keeping in contact, awful management.

GoogleAs a commercial tenant, we find this business to be very poor with reactive communication. For instance, if the heating breaks or plumbing floods, the secretaries insist entire teams are in meetings constantly and unable to speak on the phone, they apologise with ridiculously accents, and put you through to voicemail without allowing you to speak. They even have the audacity to say that speaking to them is "clogging up the switchboard" on a call lasting less than 40 seconds. Unreal!
