GoogleWe have just sold our house with Kingshills and I can honestly say they are by far the best estate agents in the area. Our onward purchase fell through with another estate agent (who were awful and cancelled our purchase via email) Katie at Kingshills stepped in and went way above and beyond to ensure we could proceed with our sale and tie it in with a rental property through Kingshills. Katie made what was a very stressful process so much easier and kept me calm and focused. We honestly felt like we were their only customer and they responded immediately when required. You truly feel that you are recieving a personalised experience. We are still looking for a house to buy and I really hope it will be a house that Kingshills are selling! A special thanks to Steve James who did a great job marketing our property, Katie and Lizzie for being amazing with our viewings, Steven in lettings for turning around our let in 24 hours! And a very special thanks to Katie who has been an absolute star. We would, and have been, recommending Kingshills to everyone.
