GoogleWe approached Fine & Country this summer with a very specific search area for our new home. They went above and beyond to find us the right house and found us a perfect property that we purchased ‘off market’. They were quick to get back with any questions and very diplomatic. The service was personal and professional. Kim from Fine & Country was helpful and accommodating. She facilitated communication between us and the seller. She ensured that we always knew what stage everyone was at with the process. I would definitely look to them next time we are considering a move. Highly recommended.

GoogleIt’s taken me three months to get my tenancy deposit back and that’s only because I got the tenancy deposit scheme people involved. These agents started ignoring my emails after I moved out, didn’t even bother to communicate or give any explanation for the delay. They also allowed the landlord into the flat without my consent on one occasion. Avoid these agents if you are a tenant.

GoogleI was genuinely interested in purchasing a property and had almost 40% of the deposit saved, with a full-time job, side gig as an Uber driver, and a small business. Additionally, I had an AIP (Agreement in Principle) from Barclays of £99k. However, my experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. I felt as though I was treated as though I was wasting their time. They didn’t ask for any details or attempt to understand my situation; instead, they repeatedly requested my name and contact information, promising a callback that never came. Despite my efforts to reach out the following day, my calls went unanswered. I can’t help but wonder if this treatment was related to my age, which is a shame as I was serious and financially prepared.

Do not ever rent anything from Dc Lane plymouth Dance Collier and his staff have no respect for tenants only doing the landlord interest The apartment was delivered at the beginning filthy and with plenty of structural faults The faults were causing leaking on other apartments The heating in the bathrooms was not working it took me months to have it fixed as the landlord would ignore the problem and Dc lane would not do anything to send over a plumber for months I also had a mice invasion in the autumn time and I had to hire my own pest control because the landlord would refuse to pay for it amd Dc lane didn't intervene I had constant visitations in my apartment from Dan collier his staff and landlord entering the apartment when I was not there because the neighbours were reporting water leaks and they were blindly chasing the origin of it Absolutely the worst agency and tenancy I ever had in my life
Hi Olga - Although we know this is not your real name we are happy to reply as we absolutely know which property is being discussed. We are very sorry you are unhappy with the property and the service - Actually it is a beautiful 3 bedroom modern executive apartment in one of the most sought after developments in Plymouth. Yes there have been a number of maintenance issues, including that mice that had found there way in to the building in a number of flats - this was dealt with by the block management company, the towel radiators were repaired by our plumber after the first engineer couldn't find a problem and there has been a leak reported by the downstairs neighbour. We have sent you evidence of the leak downstairs and been very careful not to enter the property without your permission. We absolutely would prefer not to have to inconvenience you but where property management matters need to be addressed, it is unavoidable in order to resolve the issue and avoid undue and escalating damage to this or the neighbours property. The irony isn't lost on us that most complaints are about not addressing property issues, and this one is about us doing exactly that! That said, please do accept our sincere apologies that you have become so upset by the need for us to attend 4 times during your tenancy - we do hope that we can quickly identify the leak issue and have it resolved with the minimum of future disruption to yourself.

GoogleCannot recommend DC lane enough. From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. The whole team really invested in selling our home and took care of everything. Nothing was too much trouble, despite MANY bumps along the way, I never had to worry and Helen and the team took care of everything. I honestly don’t believe another agent could have gotten us through this rock journey and we could not have done it without Helen and her amazing team. Thank you so much - you are all amazing!

GoogleEDGE is a really pleasant place to work, it feels light, calm and “easy”, even on busy days. We’re in a dedicated office on the third floor, but the shared workspace setup is honestly a big plus, if you need to focus or take a call there are plenty of nice spots where you can properly separate yourself without it feeling awkward or cramped. Communication with reception is genuinely great, quick, friendly, and they actually think along. Same for office setup, there are loads of options for furnishing, tweaks, and changes, and the support is solid when you need something sorted. And yes, bonus points, the food is good and the coffee from Bobby is dangerously motivating ;)
