GoogleI was looking for a very particular property and Faye from Streets Ahead was insightful and really helpful in finding exactly the house I was looking for. Faye was excellent in arranging the viewings in with my limited availability and assisting throughout out the buying process. I am thoroughly impressed and I plan on contacting her again when purchasing my next property in 2017.

He ensured the whole process ran smoothly and quickly, I highly recommend Lewis. Layla Manning - helped us with all the paper work. She was proactive in sending and asking for the required documentation and information. She processed everything very quickly and kept us informed at all times. I highly recommend Layla. Our experience with Streets ahead was extremely positive and l would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe approached numerous Estate Agents in order to sell our property and Nick @ Streets Ahead stood out head and shoulders above the others. During our first meeting, it was apparent that he was extremely well prepared and knowledgeable regarding the local property market. He kept us informed at all stages with regular updates, and took what I considered to be a very fair and responsible approach to the whole process. He was also very approachable - always available to take your call and very easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleEarlier in the year we rented through Streets Ahead in Addiscombe, and we have now just completed on a purchase of a property also through Streets Ahead. Patrick assisted us with the rental side of things, and Saphire-King Harris (Sales Progressor) helped with our purchase. The purchase was very complicated (involving multiple people in the chain) and it took nearly 10 months to complete. During this time, Saphire was fantastic in keeping us updated, and she coordinating our purchase with absolute professionalism and we would like to thank her personally. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with - cool, calm, and professional - particularly during the latter stages of the purchase which became quite stressful as everything had to fall into place on one particular date. Without Saphire's help our purchase may have easily fallen through, or dragged on for many more months. Streets Ahead are lucky to have her! When / if we come to sell our property in the future, we will definitely use Streets Ahead.

GoogleI recently started working with Streets ahead and I found them very helpful especially Karen Sheldon from the Croydon branch. She is very helpful and well organised as she planned our viewings really well within our budget and preference and made good use of our day as we were not form Croydon. She helped us find our property and is currently working with us to complete the process. I would recommend this estate agent for people looking for a good customer service.

GoogleBuying a property through Streets Ahead has been a seamless experience. The advantage of having dedicated sales progressor's is invaluable, providing a clear channel of communication. I wish other estate agents in the area would adopt these roles! I would especially like to sing the praises of Mary Jane Taylor, a true professional who provided 1st class communication and empathy through a stressful time. Her dedication to make our purchase go through as smoothly as possible was second to none. Also, a big thank you to Saphire King-Harris for carrying on the communication whilst Mary Jane was briefly away.
