GoogleWe recently sold our property through Streets Ahead. We were very happy with their service. Initially I dealt with Harley Perrio who was very fast to put the flat on the market for us. After which Saphire King-Harris did the follow up. I was very pleased with the customer service. Communication was excellent. Saphire was always available and continually in contact with me with updates and follow up. The buyers were very tiresome with numerous ongoing queries, however Saphire handled and sorted out all the issues. I found Saphire to be very efficient with the way she kept everyone informed and pushed things through us. GoogleWe used Streets Ahead for the sale of our flat and purchase of a new property in October 2015. As we'd already seen somewhere we liked, Streets Ahead were very quick in getting our property on the market for us and we had an open day booked within a week of the property going on sale, with over 20 people coming to view it. We got a sale from the first viewing and achieved above the asking price.
The most important part of the service for me was Saphire King-Harris - she's a sales progressor who works on getting things completed for you. She was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had a complicated time with our sale and purchase but she worked tirelessly to get everything done and was far more helpful than our own solicitor ended up being.
Streets Ahead were not the cheapest estate agent we met with, but we went with them and they did deliver everything they said they would. Would recommend them.

Saphire did an amazing job managing the purchase process for my new property and the sale process of my flat, and working through a number of major problems, all of which were down to bad luck. I had a really unreasonable seller who dropped out of the first purchase, the second property I wanted failed the survey and the third (which I purchased) was in a really complicated chain. It took 13 months to move and was a complete nightmare, but Saphire worked really hard to make sure it went through.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Streets Ahead. The upside was that the property was in the perfect location and perfect size. I found Streets Ahead overall like any other Estate Agent. Harley was good at his work of showing us the property around. However, I would have expected the company to notify us when the property was broken into by squatters between the offer and exchange stage. I felt that Sapphire King Harris was seller focused, although her assistance at the exchange and completion stage was good due to a very bad solicitor I had. Perhaps it would have been better for estate agents to look at the buyer's perspective. In the end the seller was definitely the winner and Streets Ahead on its commission. But in the end, I got a great property with an okay service which balances the stars I have rated.
