I have rented through them. Their team made a mistake by not paying landlord on time. When I went back with proof of payment in email I had no response. Had to visit their office to know it was a much up their side but no regret or apologies. Ask anyone in Croydon and they will say stay away from these bunch of people.

We have been a tennent now with L&A letting now for 4 years and would never look back. As a company they are great and would do everything to help you and have done everything to make us feel welcome. We have just had our new cooker fitted which was supply'd by Ann and Lindon and we love it. We have built up a great relationship with Ann and Lindon and don't just look to them as our landlords they have done everything to help us out and couldn't wish to have met 2 nicer people Company and great people would certanly recomand to anybody !!!!! I viewed a property in bilston that was shown to me by paul when arriving we had a look around the property and noticed some damp and spoke on our concern about which way the guttering should be facing Paul made a sarcastic comment to my mother to go and tell the guy how to do his job he later asked questions about my financial situation and kept stressing to me if I could afford it he also asked questions about my child's father and if he would be coming to see her there, he then said he would have to view my current property to see if im taking care off it and there wasn't scribbles all over the walls and boxes everywhere all of his comments were very unnesasary and ignorant I felt as though he was discriminating against me because I was a single parent and an Irish traveler, as I expected he later called me to tell me he made the decision to give the property to somebody else even though I showed interest and viewed the property first I will not be using this agency again and im extremely disappointed that they allow there staff to behave this way

I am a landlord and L&A Lettings manage my properties in the Walsall and Wolverhampton area and they are by far the best lettings agency I have ever used. They are a 5* letting agent. They deal with everything from advertising, viewings, paperwork, managing the property and the tenants, leaving it totally stress free for me! I particularly like the way they thoroughly vet potential new tenants and can only thank them as I’ve never had a bad, dodgy or unsuitable tenant. I have 100% confidence in them and if you are a landlord or a someone looking to a rent a property locally, I fully recommend L&A Lettings

Started of well but minutes after all the monies were paid, they didnt give a toss about the problems I had in my new property on the night I moved in. Namely Daniel. They ignored my phonecalls and emails despite barely missing any correspondence from me prior to signing the contract. Never got my copy of the signed tenancy until now. Charged for things that they never even did. Very very very unprofessional. Disappointed

Utterly appalling service ever since they took over the management of our house , no rental agreement sent , no notice given about increase in rent , takes weeks to get anyone to come out if something wrong , do not respond to emails and when you eventually get to speak to a human being they have no idea what is going on and say they will respond in writing or email and they don’t . Wish I could get hold of my landlord and tell him not to waste his money on them managing the property because quite frankly they couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery . Don’t go near them !!

I called up the water suppliers who stated it was the agency's duty of care to handle. I spoke to the agency and they gave me the number for the plumber. I called for 2 hours, leaving voicemails, no response and no call back. The agency kept messaging the urgency, but to no avail. I was told to wrap up in blankets and wait. I have not received any phone call from the plumber, and I cant feel my feet and I have cold. Absolutely terrible. I am still waiting for a call back.
