GoogleWe found a nice property in quiet area which meets all our needs thanks to Myles Blair who was very helpful all the time. The references process was taken by Layla Manning and she made everything easy and quick for us. Thanks guys for your help.

Exact same experiences as those listed below. Plenty of contact and communication to receive deposits etc. but all communication dries up as soon as money changes hands.Never found out what branch we actually deal with and have been told we would receive call backs 7 times by 5 different people. We listed things we needed doing on hand over of the deposit and were told everything would be done only to find out from the landlord didn't have this information passed on to him.I even sent e-mails with queries we had we no response. It's a pain because streets ahead seem to have the nicest properties but seems like they have no clue about customer service.

GoogleBeen calling for days to view a property. Continually told they will pass it on to the relevant team and they will call me back. I've made 6 calls over the past week with no one calling me back so unable to even view a property so pointless estate agents.

GoogleWould not recommend. Never answer or get back to you. Don't keep you informed. Don't turn up to show people around and get you to do it. Not worth the high % they charge.

GoogleI would definitely recommend using Streets Ahead (in particular Jamaal in the SN office, who I am a big fan of). I've dealt with many letting agents over the years and don't think I've met any others who even come close to being this good, they are incredibly hard working and very very professional.

Googleexcellent team there in streetsahead helped me in buying a house. there were quite a few issues during my house purchase and both catherine and clare were really helpful in chasing the mortgage brokers and solicitors to keep the ball rolling for exchange. will definitely recommend them

GoogleWent to one house they were marketing in Bishops Waltham only to be told an offer had already been made and accepted. Agent arrived 30 minutes late. A 2nd house in Buriton and agent couldn't get the key to unlock the door. Today, they have a house underpriced by £100k. They're a disgrace. And I'm a real person with no interest in the agency business.

GoogleI like to think of myself as a pretty straight forward sort of chap. Born in the 50's (that's the 1950's) I tend not to be overly tactile, except with my wife or those who have my blood flowing through their veins. So when we decided to sell our home of over 38 years, I needed someone to hold my hand, but as none of my relatives work in the estate agency business I knew that someone would have to be a 'stranger.' Enter Michael Meape, charging along St Margarets Road, Edgware, on his white charger (well, actually, strolling along the pavement in his size 8's). From the moment he first walked through the door he exuded a calm, relaxed, professional manner. Not at all pushy and always willing to do just a little extra to make the whole experience just a touch less stressful and oil the wheels. Even on the few occasions he was temporarily unavailable on the phone, other members of the team had all the answers. In the end, selling our home proved to be almost impossibly seamless. What a rush.

GoogleHad my property to let for over 2 months (Normally my flat never stays vacant for more than 2 weeks). Haven't found anyone yet and they keep pressuring you to reduce the asking price. Asked the guy i was dealing to call me back as he was in a meeting that day. Must of been a long meeting because 3 weeks later im still waiting. Much better agents out there, in fact now a days you can advertise for free on open rent which will be better than these guys.
