GoogleMyles and Layla handled my move. They were very helpful and both responded quickly with any questions and were very supportive with ensuring the processes was completed as quickly as possible. I felt as though they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.

TrustpilotAwful service
I left a review:By far the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. The degree of unprofessionalism they display is horrific and I regret ever renting with them. My partner and I have been renting from the 1st of December and have had nothing but trouble from them. It's remarkable how, before I signed the lease, I was pestered with calls and repeated emails urging me to rent a property with Streets Ahead. As soon as we signed and handed over our deposit, we heard nothing more from them. We were constantly passed from person to person when we tried to enquire further with regards to our moving in. When we eventually received the keys to the property we discovered that the house was in an utterly disgusting state. It was evident that NOTHING had been cleaned. The toilet seat was completely broken, ELEVEN lightbulbs needed to be replaced. There were clumps of hair on the floor, congealed food glued to the fridge and unwanted junk (including a pair of dirty socks, thanks) that the previous tenants left.We immediately wrote a detailed letter outlining everything that was broken/required repair and requested that the house be cleaned to habitable standards as we were due to move in that weekend. We heard... nothing. The next day we tried to call the office three times. Each time we were told that our property manager - Kelly Alleyne - was on another call, but would return our call as soon as she was free. We heard... nothing. We then went to the office the following day (in the middle of trying to move) to speak to the manager, Kunal Patel. He certainly made all the appropriate noises, claimed Kelly was off sick the day before (?!?!?!?!?) but she would respond to us the next week. No apology was made for the state of the property, no remuneration offered. I did indeed receive a message from Kelly as promised (I have come to learn, this is a miracle) assuring me she would call later. SPOILER ALERT. She did not call. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. We have been emailing and calling for TWO MONTHS trying to sort out the most basic of amenities. It took six weeks to receive an inventory checklist which was promised to us the day we moved in. We eventually received compensation for the mess we found the property in, but all the repair work they promised would take place as not occurred. We currently have no lights in the bathroom or lounge and barely any light in the kitchen because we are waiting for repair work to be taken out by Streets Ahead. However, as Kelly as ignored the last six emails we have sent, I doubt this will happen. AVOID STREETS AHEAD AT ALL COSTS** Helpful Hint ** If you are a current tenant renting through Streets Ahead, and have trouble with them, contact the landlord directly and make them aware of the situation. They're an appalling company who don't deserve any business.

GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience with Streets Ahead, Mr George Barnes has been most helpful in aiding our search for the property that fits our family needs best, keeping us well informed and always taking into consideration even the smallest details. Great services, the place to go far any property demand.

FacebookOne of the worst estate agents group. Very rude attitude, unprofessional people. No manners at all in 9 out of 10 employees. My advice to the MD is to send your resources to soft skill training. Teach them how to behave, respond and have proper communication.
Should be ashamed of themselves.

A Steetsahead croydon lettings agent imposted as a prospective tenant to my openrent lettings ad and fixed a viewing. Didn’t turn up but used my personal details on viewing confirmation email to market their services. The marketing letter was sent by the lettings manager so presumably they all think this was clever and acceptable.

GoogleWe recently used streets ahead to purchase a property, we found Stefan and Dianne both extremely helpful and patient throughout the purchaisng process. AS first time buyers my fiance and I had met a number of agents within the area. I'm happy to say that Streets ahead had a lovely selection of properties and were the most personable sales team we encounterd.

GoogleThis agency is the champion at ignoring your calls, messages, emails. I have left several messages and no one bothered to call me back. I have sent emails with questions and, again, no one bothered to call/email me back. I have rented a property with them and I am due to move in soon, but now I'm reading online that other tenants are having issues receiving their deposit when they move out. Seeing as I am not the only one being ignored by them, makes me thing the allegations about not receiving your deposit back are very much true. Having read all the other reviews and relating to most of the bad ones, my heart just sank.
Will never recommend them, nor work with them ever again.

GoogleGreat experience. After a fall through via another agent Marina Steel found me a fantastic buyer very quickly meaning we were able to hang onto our onward purchase. Saphire King-Harris progressed the sale to exchange very quickly and we are completing next week. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional at all times. I highly recommend them and am grateful for all their help.

GoogleFaye is friendly and personable and genuinely makes you feel like she cares about finding you a home. Dealing with this agent has been a pleasure. Only lost one star for some administrative blips (like getting my name wrong... twice) but I can live with that given how nice they seem compared to a lot of other agents.
