With limited knowledge and a lot of apprehension we took advice from Lyndon, who guided us through the process of our first purchase. Now four properties on, the service of L&A LETTINGS remains exceptional and provides us with a worry- free source of income. I would highly recommend this lettings agency to everybody! Fantastic team, fantastic support! Absolutely In love with my new home! Thank you :) I’ve had to add on to my review about the amazing maintanance staff they have, he came out tonight after calling them about a blocked toilet... he wouldn’t leave until the job was complete and he completed it... it was dark and raining and still Insisted on getting the job done using the phrase ‘I dont quit’ lovely young man who made sure he had time for the customer... he gave me a step by step rundown of what he was also doing... highly recommended to everybody! Amazing lettings agency, and the most amazing staff... thank you :)

GoogleViewed a property last night told them straight away I wanted the property. I am a single dad with 2 boys who will stay with me for weekends. I own a successful business and have rented property for over 12 years. I was told they will decide who is suitable for the property today and give all who viewed a decision. I was called today to be told the property was offered to someone else. When I asked why was i not suitable for a future reference, they said because they know this family personally and the couple who been offered the home will look after it. I take this personally as feel this is not a fair selection and have been judged as a single parent. I will never deal with this company again and would avoid like the plague.
Unfortunately Mr Ruby there were several strong candidates for this property, you included. However who ever we selected, those not, were always going to feel disappointed as it is a lovey property you viewed. Picking the best candidate for our Landlord is our job and we feel this has been done in a courteous and professional manner.

GoogleAvoid this agency, after you waste time seeing the place they will tell you that they choose someone else to rent the property because they thought so, fact you make a lot of money and you could as well buy the property isn't important, worst agency I have ever encountered with and I will avoid renting anything through them and I will advice everybody else to do so as well. Discrimination in 21st century in daylight.

Would also like to thank Zeena for the quick turn around from viewing to moving in. She was extremely helpful and made the whole process seem effortless. GoogleMy experience with Lee was very positive with the purchase of the property. Lee showed the property on a few occasions. Friendly and curtious. the only point that let down was that Lee advised that the flat was being sold with the furniture, but this was not the case.

GoogleI would highly rate the Streets Ahead team at Coulsdon. Lee and Adam were great, both professional and helpful and were very knowledgeable of the local area. They sold out house very quickly and made sure the whole process went smoothly. They certainly go the extra mile for their clients.
