Strata. Still have not sorted the roads and pavements out on hu9 Preston Road hull. When will these get done only been waiting years! No lighting in the streets when will this be sorted! Builders parking on public footpaths. Lorry’s damaging public footpaths and roads!!

We bought a new home with strata in June completed in November and the support and customer service has been fantastic Kayleigh at the sales office has been so supportive through all the ups and down she feels like one of the family Everything we needed to know she did and delivered it in a way that made it easy to understand even with the selling of our old home too we couldn't have done it without her she has been our rock. Thank you so much Kayleigh what a wonderful asset you have been in this process we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us The standard and quantity of our home is beautiful the builders electricians plumbers etc have built us the most beautiful home we are so very greatful for there hard work and attention to detailCraig was fantastic at our home demo and explained everything we needed to know about our new home Melanie and Chelsea thank you for all your support too when things went wrong with the sale of our new home your support was invaluable we want to thank you so much If you are thinking of buying a strata home I couldn't recommend it enough it's been a rollercoaster but made to feel easier but this fantastic team thank you all so much xx

Didn’t bother going to viewing as no show home for the Valencia house type, despite the website clearly stating that there is one available to view and book. Luckily I was able to speak to someone beforehand to avoid a wasted journey. Please update the website.

Strata home on Pontefract is not a good Home. It wall peels and fittings are not properly done. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go for it.Period

Betty from the Dream development in Hull is an absolute asset to the team. My partner and I were looking at homes and ended up reserving one until the price was released. It ended up being too over-budget for us but throughout the entire process she was an absolute joy to speak to, she helped us find a house suited for us and our needs, was always friendly and had a smile and kept us updated during the building period.

We recently encountered an issue with the landing floor, which Strata addressed promptly. Dave Innes and Carl Dowland attended on the scheduled day. They were polite, efficient, and managed to resolve the issue. They maintained cleanliness throughout and ensured everything was restored to its original state. Additionally, Dave identified and addressed another issue while on site. Thank you for the excellent service.
