Lovely maintanence team in the aftercare. Fairly easy sale-process. Relatively stress free. So far strata has made right everything in the house that I've reported which I'm pleased about. Just waiting on one final thing that has felt like it's dragging on. But other than that, it's been pleasant dealing with them.

The general quality is good however, the finishing touches and making sure things are as they should be prior to moving in are poor.Paint spatters everywhere, Lucozade bottles found abandoned under the kitchen units, radiators not attached, cracks in numerous panes of glass, skirting boards not finished off properly, chips in taps, chips in doors, tile cracks to name a few. Most have (eventually) been sorted out but as they were such obvious things, they should have been sorted before moving in. As such the time taken to sort all these items up has been significant. Quality control needs to improve.

Amazing home, great staff and fantastic customer service.As soon as we stepped in the sales office we were warmly greeted, and once we viewed the Strata show home we were wowed. We'd viewed other show homes around the area, but Strata's were a class above anything else we'd seen.After we reserved our plot, everything was clearly explained and customer focus was superb.We were welcomed on site every time we wanted to check on progress, and Tom our site manager was great. He even helped us with our choices and decisions to make sure we were as happy as possible with the final build.On the few issues we've had, the customer care team have resolved this quickly and professionally, again the focus on customer satisfaction throughout the whole process seems to be Strata's priority.I very rarely write online reviews, but since we've been in our property a few months now, we're 100% happy with the decision we've made and would certainly buy a Strata home again. 5 Stars!

We feel lucky for our opportunity to buy a beautiful Valencia off the Opulance development in Whetstone. We initially dealt with Sadie in the sales team, who was nothing short of honest and helpful. There has been some change in who we are dealing with now, but I have no doubt that we are still in the right hands. Today I met Charlotte, who was absolutely lovely. Not only did she take the time to take out all the samples for the options we chose for our interior in between her busy day, but she also very kindly put together a printed image too. I cant wait to take this with me in the boxing day sales!Moving house is so stressful when you are constantly sorting other formalities around a busy schedule, but Charlotte has still reinstilled some excitement in us! We have moved in to a new build before, and we are more than aware that there will always be some teething issues with a hand made product. I trust we will be looked after well once we move in whilst we are in Charlotte's hands. We will be more than happy to change this to a five star rating once we are in and settled!

Strata label themselves as a luxury home provider. Our house is not. We have had three A4 pages of problems and no we are not picky. From leaks to walls not being straight. Walls being rebuilt to straighten feature walls not pointed wobbly toilets creaking floors and stairs to name but a few. Yes they put the problems right but workmen don't turn up work goes on for days and day. Strata have apologised but it's not good enough. Please if you buy a house of these be very careful.m

TrustpilotReserved a plot and told it was ready …
Reserved a plot and told it was ready around April 2018. Got a call a couple of weeks later saying it's now ready the wknd before christmas. House not sold so had to go down part ex route. Got a valuation from local estate agents who clearly filled on the document that two exact same houses had sold for a certain amount yet Strata offered us 7,000 less. They also wasn't prepared to move on any incentives such as stamp duty or legal fees. Unfortunately we've had to pull out as to move in 6 weeks with no help was impossible. The sales lady helped as much as she could, although head office didn't seem interested.

Had amazing help from Karen Cole up at the developmemt site when it came to reserving a property on Strata’s new site. I went to the Featherstone site to look at a Milan build as Strata did not have a show home at Destiny and was more than impressed. I then returned to Destiny and reserved one the same day though Karen. Brilliant and exciting experience.

At first Strata appeared to be very professional, however once you signed with them they started to show their true colours.There first mistake was that they never mentioned that you had to pay a yearly fee to pay for the up keep of the grass areas. Apparently every resident has to pay. Why wasn’t I told this before I signed?Secondly when I went in to get my folder which has everything in the house some drawings were incorrect orientation i.e. my garage is on the left side of the house and I had drawings which showed on the right side. I was also met by a condescending blonde woman in the Leicester Opulence development who did not greet us well, did not even shake our hands and hurried through the folder within 15 mins. Clearly she does not know how to sell with that much arrogance.Every time I asked a question she hurried me along and would not even answer the question! I am sorry I am buying a 450k house and you cannot even answer my questions? And then she had the nerve to say please give Strata a 5 star rating….Seriously? do you want to show me any more ignorance with regards to your attitude towards me and my Mrs?Strata has not yet built my house however I do hope Strata will work with us on a professional basis!I will not basis Strata on one unprofessional employee however it does show that Strata do need a lot of work when it comes to sales. I really hope my house will be built on a professional basis!
