Strata Experience

My experience of Strata from start to almost the end has been excellent. The sales team were always very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. The on site construction team and in particular Mark Woodlock is always on hand to support and guide where necessary. I am yet to place in my snagging list but have no doubt whatsoever that they will all be closed out swiftly. I would recommend Strata to anyone looking to purchase a new home with high standards.

Exceptional Service

From the moment we walked into the show house at Origin we have recieved amazing service from Esna Lee. We were first time buyers and uncertain of the buying process. Esna was able to answer all of our questions (we had lots and lots) and set our mind at ease during the process. We are now just waiting to move in and I would highly recommend Strata to friends and family. 5 stars for Julie furr

Can’t help but give anything other than 5 stars I’d give more if I could. Julie furr is fantastic. To say she got chucked in the deep end with us and helped us with anything we asked her to. She was assigned to us half way through our deposit process. She got us so many extras as first time buyers. She’s so patient and friendly very welcoming. She’s been nothing but amazing. During the process of choosing our extras and our kitchen selection amongst other things, which I can understand can be quite stressful, she made it anything but. She waited so patiently whilst we decided and went back and forth to show homes to make our choice she helped us decide when we couldn’t make the final choice she was very honest and decisive. she helped talk us through how things would look and what would go with what. Don't even have a house number yet!

I had previously given Strata 5 stars; that was before I had moved in and experienced their aftercare.Don't get me wrong, my wife and I love the house but the process of getting our snags closed out is ridiculous.I handed over my snag list, a week prior to moving in, that I had produced to get the majority of snags completed. It is now 16 weeks later and the majority of snags are still yet to be complete. Obviously we have come across more snags as we have been living in the house and added them to the list.I received an email last week regarding the snags and was told that Strata had booked in their maintenance team in for 28th March!!! A whole 23 weeks after I gave the original snag list!Strata were brilliant at getting us in to the house but once they got our money we were forgotten about.

Definition Derby

Tara and the team at Definition Derby have been brilliant so far. We are due to complete around May time but if the service and finish of the house match the service we have received so far then we will be extremely happy. Darren the site manager has also been very helpful when we were figuring out where to place our lights in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend Strata to friends and family.
