Finish of the property is not great from the decorating and plastering down to the final clean. Also lack of communication about other works which have taken place externally since we moved in.

We first met Jenny at the ambition site in Leeds back in September 2017, And from the start jenny couldn't do enough for us! From answering our many questions to helping us with the mortgage advice! Which then lead to us reserving our first home with Strata.After visiting many and i mean many showhomes from every different developers throughout Yorkshire ..... Strata and their brilliant team was the only option for us. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and very welcoming! We look forward to our forever home being built.

Again just want to make a point of praising the team at attitude, asked if we could have a look at our build but as it’s a building site it’s too muddy to see it or enter the site.. So Jim the site manager has taken some of his own time and has sent us some photos of the house so we can see the progress! Amazing team and they can’t do enough for you!Thanks again Jim and Karen :)

Really great team here at Origin (Featherstone). So friendly, professional and gave lots of support and advice. Our house is beautiful and there have only been a couple of very minor things to ‘snag’ and with these they have been sorted very quickly without question. Thank you for our first home :)

We have brought at Temptation Burton, the treatment we received was brilliant Mary was great from helping us get what we wanted to delivering us flowers on moving day. Greg looked after us for the first couple of months with any issues which he ensured were carried out asap. My only gripe was that the finishing touches to the build i.e decorating and cleanliness were not up to our expectations. However I did report these to Greg and he solved them quickly. This has not dampened our experience and have recommended strata to our friends. Lovely houses with good incentives.

I purchase my first home through Strata. Our sales manager Charlotte Corah was amazing. strata pride themselves on excellent customer experiences, I thought this was just a marketing line at first- but the experience was great. Professional, efficient, personable, honest and always smiling Charlotte made the experience great. After previous bad experience with another new build company, and hearing feedback from friends purchasing through competitors I’m sure I made the right decision purchasing with Strata. I would recommend them to anyone, a company that honestly cares for customers.

Where to start...Out Strata journey began on Friday 13th October when we met Ellie Hinds at Epitome Wakefield. We had already reserved a new build with another builder however the Palermo caught our eye and Ellie was the game changer. Long story short, we pulled out of the other builder arrangement and reserved with a Ellie the next day. Ellie’s customer service is exemplary. She made us feel like we were important and she cared about our new house purchase. She made sure every single thing was just right and everything went very smoothly. Exactly 3 months later on 13th January we moved into our Palermo. Everything I had asked for had been done and I was over the moon with our choices (kitchen, flooring, bathroom tiles, wardrobes etc).It was at this point that Matt Walters, the site Project Manager took over and was keen to get our (very short) snagging list ticked off. We had a couple of minor things which were all rectified immediately and again, the customer service was exemplary. I can’t speak highly enough of Matt. I know he has a huge responsibility taking care of the whole site but he has the patience of a saint when I ring up and ask for things and nothing has been too much trouble. All the lads on site are pleasant and polite and are a credit to Strata.Having bought numerous new builds in the past, I can honestly say I have never known such outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to buy another Strata in the future. The contemporary features and solid design of the property are secondary to the joy it has been to buy and move into our new home.Thank you to Ellie and Matt for making it all happen and I hope you both get the credit you deserve for your outstanding service.

Strata have made our move very easy. We decided to go for the help to buy scheme, they helped us with a financial advisor, who by the way got us an amazing deal. Also they provided our solicitor who went above and beyond their job to get us moved as smoothly as was possible. Even after we moved in any problems we have had, has been sorted within a couple of days. Couldn't of chosen a better housing developer. The house is amazing

I found the whole process of buying my new house with Strata very smooth and without problems, being assisted by Kathryn Read in the Marketing Suite @ Ambition. In particular, the conveyancing carried out by Gordons LLP of Bradford were very professional and kept me informed at every stage. I chose to facilitate my mortgage via PMFS who were recommended by Strata and their advisor Adrian took care of everything. Latterly, the site team of Rick & Craig have been there when needed and taken care of a few issues which is ongoing but under control. Regards,Mark Quainoo

Jayne and Abbie in the sales office where always very helpful and got us any answers we needed! Jayne was especially helpful when we put the reservation down on our house and got us a great deal! When we moved int out property the we never actually met the site manager however his apprentice was extremely helpful and got all of our snags sorted within 2 weeks which I was very impressed with. We love our strata home and the finish is amazing, we would highly reccomend strata to other people thinking of buying a new build house as out of all the new build companies we looked at strata really are the best in finish and customer service! It’s been a pleasent experience dealing with Strata. We were aware there may be the odd hiccup in the house but every problem we’ve had has been addressed swiftly. Buying a new build generally comes with the stigma of lacking quality and size etc but we feel the exact opposite. Our house is huge! And whats more we love it!I’d have no problem recommending Strata to friends, family and strangers. Lee
